Come relax and enjoy the sounds of the waves in this bright, remodeled, and recently redecorated condo with direct ocean and pool views.! The private condo is located on the second and third floors (no unit above you) in Coquina, an exclusive 42-unit complex directly on Crescent beach. Recently renovated, the condo features a fully updated and equipped kitchen, including stainless appliances and quartz counters with counter stools for additional seating. The living room includes comfortable seating and a 65" HD LED smart TV for your viewing enjoyment along with breathtaking views of the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the comfortably furnished balcony while you watch the sunrise and enjoy the waves on Crescent beach. There is a full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king size bed, a 55" HD LED smart TV, and amazing views of the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full size beds and a 40" smart TV. There is also a full bathroom with tub upstairs.

The unit is fully stocked with nice linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, pillows, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics and a selection of board games and books to provide all the comforts of home. Complimentary toiletries are also provided. The condo also includes free highspeed WiFi and cable TV and is professionally cleaned and sterilized between each rental. The unit does not allow pets for any renters or guests. Coquina is a non-smoking property except in designated smoking area. No smoking in unit or balcony.

When headed to the beach, enjoy private access and complimentary use of four (4) beach chairs, an umbrella and four (4) beach towels.

This well maintained, beachfront complex offers community access to swimming pools, Updated tennis , basketball and shuffleboard courts, a community overlook area- including tables and loungers, with views of both the intercoastal and the beach- perfect for viewing the sunrise or sunset! There are also grills available. Located only 13 miles from downtown St. Augustine, on Anastasia Island, this condo is in the perfect location for family fun!

The condo was exactly what we expected. The overall property is great, especially for families with kids. The condo’s balcony overlooked the pool and beach and the kids are grassy areas to run around. The condo had everything we needed: plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. It was well laid out and very thoughtful. Our family has been going to Coquina for generations and this was our first time staying in Lauren’s unit, and we plan on returning next year.

We had an amazing stay! I have stayed at this complex dozens of times over the years and this is by far the best unit we’ve ever stayed in! The views are stunning, and the condo was so thoughtfully furnished by the hosts. They thought of so many small details like stocking the bathrooms with toiletries and plenty of towels and providing great beach toys and chairs. Everyone was welcoming and responsive!

During this trip, my husband and I took our nephews we are raising and our 3 month old baby boy for a Fall break/end of maternity leave vacation. Having a new baby, we were obviously looking for inexpensive places to stay. This place was inexpensive, but it definitely wasn’t cheap! This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed (my picky teenage boys even said so!). The rooms were clean, the host responses to any questions quickly and efficiently, and the views were unmatched. Look out the window of the living area, and you had a perfect view of the pool area and beach. Open the sliding glass door and enjoy a great balcony looking toward the ocean! The master bedroom has this same beautiful view, and was a perfect area for my husband and myself as well as the co-sleeper we brought for our boy. The nephews had plenty of space in the two-bed bedroom as well. This location is stocked of anything you may have forgotten: little tubes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion, toothbrushes and toothpaste.. even beach chairs and beach towels!The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, even some spices you might like to use while cooking! A great coffee bar area, etc. The living area also has games perfect for your family. If I could give this place and the host ten stars, I would!

Great family vacation

Crescent Beach Retreat is in a great location for sun, beach and pool with family. The unit is well equipped - kitchen, pantry and games. Toiletries, soap and a good coffee maker are much appreciated too. The owners are great! We’ve stayed in many of the Coquina units and this is our favorite.

Excellent Experience

The condo was better than pictured. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. The pool and grounds were well kept and very enjoyable. My family would highly recommend this area and this condo.

Can’t beat the view

It was so nice, you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It was nice that we didn’t have to bring beach chairs and umbrella with us. The view from the living room and bedroom room was beautiful. Saw lots of dolphins. Very peaceful place. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband, Tony and I absolutely love the beach and have dreamed of a second home right on the beach for many years. After staying on Crescent beach in various homes over the years, we were thrilled to be able to purchase our own beach retreat and be able to share the relaxing get away spot with others!

We are local to the area (have lived in Jacksonville for more than 20 years) and are available for support for whatever is needed. We will be readily available via phone or text and can help with any condo needs as well as suggestions for activities and cuisine. Our goal is to make sure you have the best time on your beach vacation and come back and visit again soon!
