This completely remodeled condo on Crescent Beach invites you to truly relax and unwind! You'll know you've arrived in paradise when you see the wall of sliding glass doors framing magnificent views of the beach and the community pool. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors keeps the living area bright and open, while elegant cherry wood furnishings allow you to kick back as you read a book or watch a show on the widescreen TV (complete with a Blu-ray player and surround sound system). Head out to the balcony, where you'll find plush wicker gliders and views of the uncrowded beach, the shell-scattered seashore, and colorful sunrises and sunsets.

This beachfront complex is beautifully appointed with a community pool, a grilling area, a fish-cleaning station for avid anglers, and tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. You'll be perfectly located for exploring the wonders of Crescent Beach and greater Anastasia Island, with all the action of downtown St. Augustine 13 miles north and the 18th century Spanish fort at Fort Matanzas National Monument only two miles south.

Beautiful view!

This is our second time staying in this unit. We loved the view so much we decided to return. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Toilets could be cleaned better. Replace sliding doors with real doors. Sliding door handle to deck missing. More pillows in master bedroom ( only 2 with cases). Need TV upgrades.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our week here. Beautiful beach, very clean condo, and very relaxing. Liked being a short drive from St.Augustine to do tourist stuff, but could really relax at our unit.

Excellent two level, two bedroom condo in a unique low density complex RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Add personal service from from a caring, local facilitator, lots of seafood and many golf courses, and you have the perfect combination for a winter/spring/summer/fall holiday.

We stayed over spring break. The location was perfect! Close enough to the Ancient City but far enough away, too. The beach was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the condo was wonderful.

Great stay for Spring Break

Great place, super close to the beach. The unit is in great shape and has amazing views of the beach. The pool is just steps from the beach. Pool area is nice as well, it was great to have the bigger pool and the small kiddie pool. Very convenient!!

Excellent family beach getaway!!!

Our family loved the condo, the beach and the St. Augustine area! It was a perfect spring break destination for a family. The beach & the pool were not crowded. Many restaurants and sights to see! We loved downtown St. Augustine - the shoppes were so cute and quaint. The condo is exactly as described.

Crescent Beach paradise

My wife and I totally enjoyed our week at this lovely Crescent Beach condo. Perfect location for the beach and close to St Augustine for fine dining etc. The description of this condo is exact. The Wifi and entertainment center is great. We will be coming back to this exceptional location.

St Augustine Vacation

We had an amazing stay at the Coquina, we have been staying here for over 30 years and have stayed in Unit A-207 many times and are never disappointed. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and have a great stay at the beach.

Quiet Family Vacation

The property is located on a nice stretch of beach without excessive crowds. It was a great place to go and relax without a bunch of nearby tourist traps yet it was close enough to St. Augustine to allow for sight seeing, shopping and dining. The pool at the property was kept very clean and beach access was convenient. The accomodations themselves were very nice with a pleasant view of the Atlantic.

Shell Haven: Coquina A207

This place was awesome and we would definitely stay there again. Easy access to St Augustine to the North and Flagler Beach and Daytona to the South. Also there are several really neat parks to visit nearby, Washington Oaks Garden State Park and Matanza National Park. And the beaches here are perfect and easy to walk on because they are more firm than the beaches in the Gulf area.

Bliss!

Our stay in Crescent Beach was wonderful! We had our two granddaughters, 6yrs old and 3 yrs old, and the condo was perfect. The pools were always sparkling and clean, the beach was awesome and such a short walk for those little legs! We felt very at home here. The trip to St. Augustine was an easy drive for sight seeing.

Great Property and Beach

My wife and I spent a week here in May. Our goal was to relax, and it was perfect. The unit is well appointed and the property well located. Good restaurants nearby and close enough to St. Augustine to drive up for dinner or shopping. The pool and beach beautiful and uncrowded. We plan to return.

Wonderful place to stay!

We spent a wonderful week in this unit. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! The unit has everything you need and more and is located in a great spot. I loved the keyless entry as I didn’t have to worry about looking for my key all the time. We loved it so much we are going to make this an annual vacation.

The ocean view from the living room and master bedroom is amazing. The decor is very nice and the condo has everything needed for your stay. I plan to come back and plan to stay here again. Thanks Marisa, it was an easy process from start to finish.
