Very nice house

Very nice house with all equipment necessary. Good airco (needed!), very good kitchenmaterial. We didn’t have to buy anything for the house you as a guest do not want to. No toiletpaper or washdisher or salt or whatever. Everything was there. Very big plus. Everything was very clean. Swimming pool was very nice. We had a very nice stay here. Only positive criticism could be that the exterior surrounding the villa is a bit clinical. Not very cozy or attractive. There some steps could be made.

Wunderschöne Villa, alles wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war unkompliziert und sie hat sich bei Fragen immer schnell um Lösungen bemüht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist gepflegt und der Grill mit Essplatz daneben super. Die Konoba in der Nähe ist auch zu empfehlen. Direkt daneben ist ein Weingut, es hat guten Wein ist aber manchmal auch etwas laut. Trotzdem sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

100% Urlaub

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles war tiptop sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten mit Pool war ebenfalls sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war perfekt. Das Haus kann zu 100% empfohlen werden.

Alles im Großen und Ganzen ok.

Die Sitzgruppe am Pool, welches auf den Fotos vorhanden ist fehlt. Ansonsten ist das Haus Sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Gegend. Wir waren zufrieden.

Fantastisk ophold i Villa Ivona

En velekviperet villa i god stand. Vi nød roen, udsigten og det gode vejr. Vi var i lejligheden i 14 dage i starten af juli 2023. Det var vores første tur til Kroatien og Istrien, men nok ikke vores sidste. Villaen og poolen var pæn og rengjort da vi ankom og poolen blev set til flere gange i hver uge. Annoncens beskrivelse passer rigtig fint med virkeligheden. Vi havde en god kommunikation med Zana via messenger før og under vores ophold. Vi blev forelskede i Villa Ivona, Istrien og Kroatien.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kinder eine Woche in der Villa Ivona verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Ausstattung ist perfekt und es war super sauber. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Wir haben in den umliegenden Konobas immer sehr lecker gegessen und sind vom guten Wein und Olivenöl der Weinkeller begeistert. Superb villa in great MomJan

Very nice villa in a great part of Istria for trying wine and eating great food. It is next to a really good local restaurant and their wine shop/ bar. You can reach Umags very chilled beaches in 20 minutes easy drive. Other wineries can be reached after a longer walk or short drive. The property had really good set up with loads of glasses, plates and pans. Definitely recommend.

We loved our week in this villa. The little village is very quiet but only a short drive to Umag, Rovinj and Novagrad. The pool and house are in excellent condition and there is everything in the house that you could possibly need. Well recommended

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unseren 3 Kindern in der Villa Ivona. Das Haus ist ganz wunderbar in jeder Hinsicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war von vorn herein sehr freundlich und ich bekam immer sofort eine Rückmeldung. Es war ein wirklich wundervoller Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vila Ivona Momjan

Vila is great choice for people with kids -location is perfect and vila is beautiful decorated to give you feeling of the home. Owner was very helpful and provided with everything what was needed . Around vila there is another similar vacations houses and only problem is if villa next to you has been rented to group of young guys (which was our case ) then you can say goodbye to the quite vacations ! But even with that Villa Ivona was great choice of staying .

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the booking process and the first communication with our host everything was flawless. The host gave us so many recommendations and did research to help answer our requests, when we got to the house it was spotless, so many treats left for us, wine, beer, water snacks and a wonderful selection of spirits and liqueurs from the region.the pool is of course the highlight, we used it every day, it was cleaned thoroughly every week. Our host also had a cleaning crew every week, changed the sheets towels, great service. Location is amazing, it is close to some of the best restaurants in Istria, need to make reservations though otherwise you can cook a nice steak at the villa on the grill🤗everything is close, beaches in Umag, Novigrad. Boat trips from Porec, ferry to Venice.. the Aqua park!!!!I could write more, bottom line is that it was excellent and we will definitely come back! Thank you!!!

Immer wieder gerne!!!

Wir hatten für eine Woche diese wunderschöne Villa gebucht. Schon vorab verlief die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin Zana reibungslos und bei der Ankunft wurden wir auch noch einmal Willkommen geheißen! Bei dem Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Vom Wäscheständer mit Wäscheklammern über Handrührgerät zu Gewürzen, Kaffeefiltern, Küchenrolle und und und war alles da. Von unseren mitgebrachten Küchenutensilien mussten wir nichts benutzen. Für unseren Sohn stand ein Hochstuhl sowie ein Reisebett (inkl. Bettzeug) bereit. Besonders angenehm war, dass die Klimaanlage sehr leise war und somit nachts betrieben werden konnte. Das Dorf Momjan ist zwar sehr klein, aber es gibt die Straße rauf einen kleinen Supermarkt, bei dem man das Nötigste besorgen kann. Für größere Einkäufe findet man in Buje (6 km) oder Umag (17 km) weitere Supermärkte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten, gerade durch die ruhige Lage, uns sehr gut erholen.

Einfach super

Waren dort 1 Woche mit den beiden Kindern. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, man ist unter sich und stört niemanden und dennoch braucht man nur 3 min zum kleinen Shop der alles Nötige hat. Das Haus war wunderschön und entspricht ziemlich genau dem Inserat. Es war sauber und die Kommunikqtion mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt. Ich habe einfach nichts zu bemängeln und nur zu loben. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert für eine Familie, die entspannen und gemeinsam Tagesausflüge unternehmen will!
