The Blue House with Lake Views

Charming home across from Lake Erie in quiet Lakeside neighborhood. Guests will love the beautiful finishes, unique decor and high end touches! Lake views just across the street, stroll to the beach 2 min away or relax in the shady backyard.

Bright and open first floor with entry, living room with smart tv, sunroom/office, dining room, kitchen and half bath. Kitchen features gas stove/oven, dishwasher, stainless refrigerator, and is well-stocked for preparing meals or baking to your heart’s desire! Brew your favorite coffees, teas and cocoas provided, too!

Three spacious bedrooms upstairs with soft bedding for restful nights. Our favorite is the I Love Lucy Suite that features vintage bedroom set circa 1953! Mixed with Erie, PA artist’s rendition of Lucy and retro bedding, this room is a fun escape. Bedroom #2 is queen room with lake view, and Bedroom #3 is king room with lake view, large smart TV. Full bathroom upstairs, half bath on first floor. Laundry in basement.

Guests can retreat into the backyard hammock, patio or take a short 2 minute walk to the beach at Chautauqua Park. Look for the park bench, then follow the natural-root carved path down to the rocky beach- full of beach glass! It's an adventure to climb down but people of all ages enjoy the quiet beach here. Boat ramps 3-5 minute drive, 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minute drive to Presque State Park and Waldameer Amusement Park and Water World.

Guest must reserve with accurate count of people in their group. NO additional visitors permitted on property- whether staying or not. Hosts and staff live nearby.
