L'appartement est entièrement réservé aux voyageurs, vous offrant un accès complet et exclusif à tous les espaces de la Suite l écrin wagram. Que ce soit pour profiter du confort du salon ou de la chambre cosy, vous pourrez vous sentir comme chez vous et vivre pleinement votre séjour en toute intimité.

La récupération des clés se fait via Keynest, situé à seulement 280 mètres de l'appartement, pour une arrivée simple et pratique en toute autonomie.

However, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, it is essential that you carefully read and follow the self check-in guide provided in advance. This guide is designed to ensure a smooth, hassle-free arrival, even outside the hours when I’m available to assist you directly.

After 11 PM, I will unfortunately no longer be able to respond or help in case of any issues. So please make sure everything is prepared ahead of time to avoid any complications with your late check-in.

Charles de Gaulle – Étoile is a 6-minute walk, with Lines 1, 2, 6 and RER A, connecting you to Gare de Lyon, Disneyland, Nation, and more.
⚠️ Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. While there are a few stairs to climb, the reward is total: peace, light, charm, and a truly Parisian view.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Parties are not allowed in order to respect the peace of the property and our neighbors.
Absolutely no parties are permitted — failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from the apartment.
A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of €40.
Self check-in is available 24/7, giving you full flexibility for your arrival.
A phone assistance service is available every day from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PMR) due to the lack of elevator access.
