Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 8th arrondissement with this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this comfortable 70 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Avenue de Friedland in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Living room: Queen sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has central gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



PLEASE NOTE RENOVATION WORKS ARE TAKING PLACE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. SOME SCAFFOLDING MAY COVER THE WINDOWS AND OCCASIONAL DISTURBANCES COULD OCCUR DURING THE WEEKDAYS DURING WORKING HOURS. WE APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 8th arrondissement is one of Paris’s grandest addresses, home to the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, and some of the city’s finest hotels, restaurants, and boutiques. The neighbourhood has a business-meets-elegance feel — the streets are broad and majestic, and the area is immaculately maintained. Parc Monceau is a lovely green escape nearby, and excellent metro connections make the rest of the city easily accessible.

Georges V (Line 1), Ternes (Line 2), Saint-Philippe-du-Roule (Ligne 9)



Other Things to Note:

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in this apartment, which is perfectly located to explore Paris. It’s located steps away from l’Arc de Triomphe and Les Champs Élysées. It is also close to the metro and is in a safe neighbourhood. Apartment was clean and well-furnished. Just wished there would have been A/C because it was very loud sleeping with the windows open. The bathroom needs a paint job too. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Central and practical

This apartment meets all your needs if you’re looking for functionality and location. UnitIs clean, has all the necessities. Beds comfortable. Shower awesome. Small grocery store at corner. Near all transportation (bus and metro). We loved having the option to eat out or in. Key access easy once we figured it out. Would stay here again.

The location and apt were great. I especially loved the large windows and light. The communication and check-in process was excellent. I felt right at home. My friend slept in the bedroom and I slept on the fold out couch. I found it to be very comfortable. It was the perfect location and amount of space for us. The only thing that I would suggest is that soap and toilet paper be provided for the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment could also use a paint job in the bathroom and hall, but this did not trouble us. It waa so great to be.there!

This apartment should not be rented while the renovations are ongoing. The windows are boarded up and there is a fine layer of construction dust in the property and the windows can not be opened without construction dust . The apartment is also soiled and the paint peeling . This is very poor value

Denne leiligheten er en ekte perle, som skryter av et virkelig romslig og lyst interiør som fanger essensen av pariser-sjarmen. De store vinduene er et fremtredende trekk, som fyller oppholdsrommet med naturlig lys og skaper en luftig og innbydende atmosfære. Plassert nær det ikoniske Triumfbuen og den travle Champs-Elysées, er beliggenheten perfekt for alle som ønsker å fordype seg i hjertet av det livlige Paris.
