Newly build holiday home for modern art on the Sonnenalm for max. 6 persons.
Spacious living room with a fireplace and heated stove.
Dining area and open kitchen, three bedrooms and covered terrace facing south. Modern bathroom with steam shower. Ski boot heater for drying and preheating of footwear, gloves, etc. Underfloor heating in all rooms, each room can be heated by its own thermostat. Large TV in the living room and two bedrooms have their own TV in addition. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
Numerous hiking trails and a variety of interesting excursions: hiking and skiing region Tauplitzalm, Loser / Altaussee and Totes mountains, many lakes (Grundlsee, Altaussee, Ödensee, Lake Hallstatt, Tauplitzsee and Kammersee), Salt Mine, Rieseneishöhlen / Dachstein. Thanks to the Grimmingtherme seven thermal pools, a unique sauna world and the range of health facilities Bad Mitterndorf is also interesting for health-conscious guests and spa guests.

Cozy mountain retreat

Cute and modern 3 bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bath with large shower which is not common! We did arrive around 2030 and their were no bath towels, but the caretaker came immediately. The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. We had most of the cash needed to pay the 110E extra but we were short 3E. We asked if that would be enough but she said no. We found an ATM the next morning, then didn't have coins, so paid over the 110E. Also, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, just antibacterial soap so be sure to take your own. Very charming decor, really just the extra fees were the disappointment.

Sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge. Matratzen etwas durchgelegen und das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Der Zaun ist sehr niedrig, was bei unserem Hund kein Problem war aber hier nur als Hinweis. Sehr freundliche Hausdame. Müllsäcke, Geschirrtücher und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Sonst ein sehr entspannter und ruhiger Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Bad Mitterndorf! Das Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und man hat sofort gemerkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wurde.Die Lage des Hauses war ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man schnell in den Ort oder zu den Wanderwegen kam. Auch der Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt war traumhaft.Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und können dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Super eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Für Mensch und Hund perfekt. Es sind schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und der Betreuung vor Ort war extrem freundlich. Beide sind auch sehr hilfsbereit und immer nett. Wir hatten aus vorherigen Bewertungen mitgenommen, dass man sich am besten eigene Kopfkissen mitbringt, da die vor Ort schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Diesen Tipp geben wir weiter. Ansonsten gibts wirklich rein gar nichts auszusetzen.

Viel Platz und tolle Umgebung

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und ist zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten keine 5min entfernt. Man startet direkt vom Haus auf die Bergwanderungen. Leider sind die Betten sehr „knartschig“ laut und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Wir empfehlen eigene Schlafkissen mitzunehmen, da die im Haus vorhandenen leider nur noch ein „Klumpen“ sind. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus ist neu gebaut und mit allem Komfort eingerichtet. Wir haben besonders die Terrasse und den für Hunde perfekt eingezäunten Garten genossen und natürlich die riesige Dusche. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Wanderungen, sehr gut beschildert, viele Gasthäuser sind in direkter Umgebung und laden zu Pausen ein. Die vielen kleinen Seen, wundervolle Aussichten und intakte Natur (viele Orchideen) laden einen jeden Tag ein, sie zu genießen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und Erholung pur.

Arktische Kälte empfing uns - 10° bei Ankunft

Also gingen wir essen. Nach Rückkehr immerhin 12°. Am nächsten Morgen - ganze 18°. Das Haus war komplett ausgekühlt, die Wäsche klamm. Die Fußbodenheizung war - so der Heizungstechniker - zu spät hochgefahren worden. Wir haben den Urlaub im Einvernehmen mit den Vermietern abgebrochen, nachdem diese auf Heizungsstörung erkannt hatten. 5 Sterne+ aber bekommt die Hausverwaltung Frau Pötsch: Danke Frau Pötsch. Sie bleiben uns in bester Erinnerung: ☆☆☆☆☆+

Wir fühlten uns Wohl in dem Ferienhhäuschen…

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden es fehlt an nichts. Highlight für meinen Sohn die Dampf Dusche. Check in hat reibungslos geklappt und die Kommunikation vor Ort war gut. Das Panorama der Bergwelt direkt vor der Tür. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Lieben Dank ☺️
