Hi everyone. Our names are David and Anne. We are a couple of sun-loving beach goers that have been searching for the perfect condo to call our own. We have worked for many years towards the goal of owning a place "at the beach." Our family is excited to share it with you and your family/friends. We hope that you love it as much as we do. The location is awesome and the memories to be made are priceless.

Unit 209 Summerspell is a family-oriented community located in a low-rise 30 unit building that sits directly across from the Gulf of Mexico. We love it because you can easily go back and forth to the beach - so convenient. The location offers miles of sidewalk for jogging, dog walking, people watching, etc. It takes one minute to walk from the door of the condo to the sand of Miramar Beach. The condo offers a nice heated pool/lounging area equipped with a hot tub that it sure to please people of all ages.
