No more worries about parking at the beach – you are in the most popular location on Scenic 98! Our location is within a quick drive to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, and other popular entertainment and dining options like Crab Trap, Surf Hut, and Camille’s. Scenic 98 has a walking/biking path that stretches from end to end and is the perfect place for strolling through the quaint beach areas! We are SO CLOSE to the beach you can see the Gulf from the balcony!

**The Summerbreeze HOA is doing some repairs to the pool deck and the pool and hot tub area will be closed from May 15th - 20th. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F). Please check with us about the pool / hot tub opening. Please do not book our condo if construction noise and dust will bother you! **

• Our team is excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. Our team looks forward to helping you have a fun and stress-free vacation...we know the world is full of choices, thank you for choosing us!

THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: Another Day in Paradise requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term.
• PLEASE NOTE: our condo building does not have elevators so you will have to use stairs to reach the condo
• PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature – must be signed within 48 hours
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
• We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all your important arrival information and codes.

*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
