Waterfront Pearl, Great Views, w/ dedicated Parking

Beautiful waterfront Pearl condo with beautiful views of Willamette River. About 800 Sq. ft. 2-level condo, with loft style bedroom on the top floor. Newly installed laminate flooring, carpets, and fresh paint (professional job) throughout. There is a 30 day minimum rental required. Easy access to everywhere in the pearl District, and newly reconstructed jogging paths right behind the condo ( Pier Project). Please note that the Seasonal Pool and Year-round Hot tub are now open after full reconstruction and after Covid restrictions.
