Beautiful waterfront Pearl condo with awesome views of Willamette River. there is a 30 day minimum rental required. Easy access to everywhere in the pearl District. Please note that the Pool and Hot tub are closed due Covid, and also due to construction.
Our condo is centrally located at McCormick Pier Condominium community, perfect for mature professionals looking to stay at a high-end condo complex with easy access to all restaurants and shopping in the Pear District. Great jogging and walking paths by the Willamette, and easy walk to the MAX station. Condo has all new upgraded appliances, new hardwood bamboo floors, fresh paint, and high end furnishings.
Community residents are mostly professionals and retired folks which make for a great quiet neighborhood. No late night party or college crowds here. Condos are mostly occupied by owners who take pride in keeping their community safe and clean. We have lived in this community for over 15 years, and in this particular condo for about 5 years. We have just recently purchased another unit, and making this condo available for professionals and folks needing temporary housing of one month or longer. Expect to have a 5-star experience. Hosts are very experienced and have many 5-star ratings in couple of other units that have available for rent.

This property is located in very popular Portland Waterfront Pearl district, in a prime location right by the Willamette River. Enjoy watching boats and commercial shipping traffic river during the day and the beautiful lights from the Moda Center right across the river.
Enjoy daily walks by the waterfront and short walk to shopping in the main NW Portland Pearl district, just a few steps away. Also has secured parking spot which is very rare in downtown condos listed for rent.

Secured parking spot. Only condominium complex with outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that the hot tub and the pool are currently closed due to Covid restrictions and some upgrade construction in process until March of 2021.
