Come enjoy fifty feet of beautiful lakefront property. This family home is located on Lake Champlain, within a thirty minute drive to Burlington Vermont. The amazing westerly view offers outstanding sunsets.

3 Bedrooms can accommodate up to six people.
Primary bedroom: 1 King bed
2nd bedroom: 1 Queen bed
3rd bedroom: 1 Twin with a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds)

To begin, the property and amenities were precisely as billed and absolutely lovely! Having access to the lake, dock, kayaks and rowboat right in the back yard made enjoying the outdoors simple. The lay out of the house was efficient and logical with the three bedrooms nicely spaced. As many reviewers have commented, the sunsets each night were gorgeous and an extra treat to enjoy each night. Additionally, the hosts were tremendously kind, helpful and easily accessible. The value of this property is exceptional. We would absolutely recommend this property to others.

A perfect getaway for the two of us for the week. Gorgeous views and great amenities including use of kayaks and fire pit with firewood even provided. A great deck on the back allowed for us to hang out and enjoy the view of Lake Champlaine, grill up dinner and enjoy a meal. The beds were amazing- the best week’s worth of sleep we’ve both had in months.

We had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and extremely well-maintained. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the lovely dock. Moishe was a fantastic host, we enjoyed chatting with him and it was nice knowing he was next door if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to Kick Back

This was our 2nd trip to this well appointed house on the Vermont shores of Lake Champlain. The owners of this property have gone out of their way to make this a very pleasant and special destination.

This is a wonderful cottage. Visiting family, plenty of room to have family over. Very relaxing with beautiful views. Definitely will book every time I come back to visit family. The owners were friendly and wonderful.

great place to stay!!

Great house and location with lake access. We really enjoyed using the fire pit and grill. Our check in/out process was simple and the host communication was very good. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. I would recommend this rental and would definitely stay again.

Peaceful by the lake!

My family and I spent three incredible days at this property. The owners met us and made sure we were comfortable in their house. The accommodations are top notch and the sunsets over the lake in the backyard by the fire pit were incredible. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Charming lakehouse

My family of 5 loved this home for our lake vacation. The sunsets are spectacular. Having use of the 4 kayaks was a huge bonus for us. The hosts/owners are gracious and super helpful. It was a great location for enjoying the lake, dining in St. Albans and visiting Burlington.

Wonderful weekend away with family!

My family stayed from Friday to Sunday and had a wonderful time! Moishe was a great host who made us feel like we were his family! I could not recommend this location with any higher regard!
