Our AC went out at our house and this was the perfect place to stay until the new AC unit was installed.

Royals Spring Training Trip - Mar 2022

This property was perfect for our family. We had little girls ages 6 and 8 who played endlessly on back patio (adults enjoyed it too)! It was close to everything. All that was missing were towels - we needed more bath & hand towels as well as washcloths and the bedroom was very dark. Was clean, well decorated. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Very nice house with all the amenities

We really liked his home, it had everything we needed plus lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay there again.

Property was super cute. You even have access to the garage.very convenient that they had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Would stay here again!

Nice Place!

We were visiting family along with our grown sons. Very comfortable home, kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Great location for shopping and highway access. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

Very lovely home in a perfect location of Surprise. Plenty of restaurants and shopping very close to home. A visit to AZ wildlife zoo is highly recommended and it’s only 20 minutes away. I do agree with a few other comments about bathroom lighting is poor but literally nothing else to complain about!!

This was a very comfortable home, we stayed outside on the patio which needed to be cleaned ( dusty) . This was perfect location and we’ll be recommending this to others.

Great Location in Surprise, AZ

We stayed for a week and were very pleased with this home. It was very clean and a good large space for 3 adults although 1 person had to stay in a twin bed...and I hope that you like pink. Couple of things we noted...besides the other comments about the lack of a dishwasher and some of the outlets not working. There was also no grill for outdoor cooking and the 2nd bathroom didn't have towel holders or hooks. We would stay there again because of the great location and convenience of this home.

I hoe you are successful in your rental. A few items.be sure all outlets are working. Area rugs during cold winter months. Paper cups available in bathrooms.
