Welcome to your perfect family vacation home in the heart of Glendale! This chic, modern 4-bedroom house is the ideal place for you and your loved ones to call home. Inside, you'll find plenty of space for everyone to relax, connect, and make memories together. The open kitchen area is great for entertaining guests or just having a cozy evening with the family.

But it's outside where this home really shines! The oasis backyard provides an outdoor paradise that's perfect for hosting barbecues with friends or relaxing on a warm summer night. There are also plenty of activities nearby - take a hike up one of Glendale's trails or cheer on the Cardinals during football season! And if you're looking for something different, this could even be used as a vacation home when you need some time away from it all.

This pet-friendly property has something for everyone!

WOOF! This home is dog-friendly. A total of 1 dog will be welcome with a $25 per night pet fee, or $10 for guests staying 30+ nights.

Location was perfect in relation to shopping and the stadium. I would’ve liked dressers in the bedrooms to put my clothes in but everything else was great.

The place was great and Sarah was so tentative. The 4 bedrooms made all the difference as there was more than enough space for everyone. The pool & the garage were a great touch. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The house was clean and the pool was very nice. The kitchen cabinets are very cheap and so are much of the furnishings. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy. It was nice that it was pet friendly which is a big reason that we chose this place.

This home was perfect for our party of 7! We came for the Morgan Wallen concert and long weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the pool was vreat and the location was perfect. Hosts were responsive and communication was easy. We'd definitely stay again next time we're in for a concert.

Great place for family fun

I was graduating from Grand Canyon University and we made a little vacation out of it. We didn’t even use the pool or backyard but we still loved the house. It had everything we needed and was within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to go to like restaurants and attractions.

the home is lovely, kids really enjoyed the pool each day. July 4th the fireworks seemed to go on forever. The kids loved the noise and laughed at the booming. I would most likely stay here again. Thanks!

Wonderful home!

Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay at Windsor Phoenix. The home has been nicely updated with an abundance of amenities. Although we did not cook meals, the kitchen has everything you would need and more. The patio, pool and game area was enjoyed by all. The management company is quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Although the space was great and cleanliness was on point the games were all broken, lost, or torn so we weren’t able to play any. There were only 2 tvs in the entire property

Just what we needed

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The floors have not been mopped is quiet some time. (This is obviously on the cleaning crew, not the homeowner.) Pictures need to be updated because the large outdoor swing/chair is no longer there. No dressers in half the rooms, that was a bit of an inconvenience. But other than that, the kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were comfy. Pool was clean and well maintained. Check in process was smooth. Overall the home fit the bill and we would have no hesitation to stay again! Our family had a great time!
