A corner unit with breathtaking beach views from your own private balcony, located on the 9th floor. Swim in the Gulf of Mexico , sunbathe on the sugar white sands of the beach, or dine in one of the restaurants within walking distance. Tennis ,basketball, Pickleball, racquetball, sauna, indoor/outdoor pool , hot tubs, and work out room on site.🏖️🌴🌊!

* Please note that there is $60 parking pass fee per car (2 passes per reservation). You will be emailed a link to prepay for parking. If you choose to pay for parking when you arrive it will be $70. You can pick up your pass at the front desk when you arrive.

*** Attention our cleaners leave bath towels, wash rags, and hand towels according to the amount of guests listed in your reservation.

Just what we needed

This property was perfect for our vacation. Our kids loved the pools, we used the grills on site a couple of times and it was great. Easy beach access and the facilities staff were very friendly.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay in this condo. Couldn’t ask for a better location, just walking out every morning to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and often saw dolphins as we enjoyed the breeze and comfortable seating. And our hosts were incredibly responsive. Anything I had questions about prior to the trip was answered right away. It all went very smoothly!We’d definitely stay again!

Excellent, well kept condo. Beautiful views. The owners notified us of a problem that we didn’t even realize..the cable was out. They were on top of the issue and resolved in no time with great communication. Highly recommend this condo.

The property was just as stated, we loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean view and breeze. The only bad thing was my granddaughter could fit through the railing on the deck.

Beautiful property

We loved staying here. Views are gorgeous, check in/out was simple, condo was nice and clean. I also appreciated that they had a few dishwasher pods, soap, and trash bags, and laundry pods. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect family vacation spot!

The owners had 5 cute beach buckets/shovels set out for our 5 kiddos to enjoy. The property is decorated so nicely and more modern than most. Easy beach access and wonderful view from the balcony. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!
