El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King size y TV de pantalla plana. La habitación tiene una cama King y TV de pantalla plana. El dormitorio número 3 tiene cama Queen y TV de pantalla plana. Esta unidad cuenta con un sofá cama en la sala de estar, así como un televisor de pantalla plana y acceso al balcón. La cocina está totalmente equipada.

It was a beautiful place to stay, however it was not the cleanest, The floors were dirty, The white cabinets had smudges and were dirty, Something that would be a plus would be screens for the sliding doors, We loved to hear the ocean so we wanted to keep it open but there was no screens to keep bugs from coming in, Overall it was still a beautiful place to stay. The Master bedroom was amazing! The view that we had from the bed with those glass windows was awesome,

Loved everything about the property!Great views, easy access to restaurants and other activities. Beach is absolutely gorgeous! The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked.My only issue was men showed up to install new weatherstrip on the door and we had no idea that was happening. They had the door open before they knocked so it was a shock!!! And of course it was very noisy with drills running. So, that was very aggravating to us!Other than that, everything was top notch!!!

Great place. 3rd bedroom bed creaks and needs new mattress and wood molding by entrance door needs replacement. Otherwise clean sheets Clean bathroom. Big plus!

Great location and condo

We have stayed in 3 different Phoenix I units over 3 years and this was our favorite. The condo was well stocked and included all described and expected amenities. Although the property manager said to pack a hair dryer, there were two in the unit! The views were great, the master bed was comfortable, our kids loved the large bathtub. The one downside was that the cleaning job done prior to our arrival was not as thorough as I would expect, given the professional and relatively high cleaning fee.

unparalleled view

When you get up to the 15th floor and walk into your unit, the view of the beach and the ocean are just wonderful. There was a lot of space on the balcony for us to sit and watch for the dolphins. The kitchen table and chairs were great for doing jigsaw puzzles and serving meals. The only negative I have is that the furniture needs replacing. The couches have no support and are very uncomfortable. There's one rocker that is also uncomfortable. The beds were fine. The location on the beach cannot be beat.

Beautiful Location!

7 of us fit comfortably in this condo. We never felt like we were on top of each other the whole time and that’s with two kids under 12. There are several restaurants across the street that were delicious! All the grocery stores were very close as well. There were mild wait times at the elevators during peak times. Compared to the Lighthouse, they were very quick. Security were all friendly and interactive with the guests. We loved being able to use the charcoal grills. We never had any issues having to wait on one. The extra pillows in the closets and box fan in the master closet was a good bonus! The view was fabulous! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Nothing beats having your morning coffee with that view! If you are planning to cook, I suggest bringing a good set of cooking knives and an extra cutting board. (Maybe I’m just spoiled with my own) All 3 beds in the rooms were hard (to me). I was able to put down a folded blanket under me to help. Bring extra bath towels and blankets. They don’t have a place for pantry items. You will have to create one on your own. Overall, we had a great stay!

BEAUTIFUL

Absolutely beautiful, liquid life was quick to respond to any questions/issues, my only complaint was we certainly did not get checked in at 3, it was almost 5, it was rough with small kids all waiting without any knowledge of when we would get in. But overall it was so beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need!

Wonderful Condo and View!

Booking was a breeze! Communication before arrival and during was great. Had codes for the door prior to arrival and they check in via text throughout your stay. We opted to add a day and that was as easy as sending a quick text! Our family of four stayed for 5 nights. Plenty of room and we were able to quickly settle in. The beds in the smaller rooms are not the comfiest but the kids didn’t seem to mind at all. The master suite was wonderful. Waking up to open your eyes to a wall of windows overlooking the water was the perfect way to wake up. Watching sunrise from the large balcony was the tranquil relaxation we needed! Parking was simple and accommodating. Being able to walk out onto the beach whenever you wanted was so convenient. Pools amoungst the condos were great too! Bring some steaks because they have a grill area you can use! That was a nice touch! Others staying at the condos were all so nice to chat with while grilling. Plenty to do in the area too! Lots of shopping at a plethora of surf shops, restaurants galore and actives! We went on a dolphin cruise, went go carting, mini golfing and rented some Polaris Slingshots for a few hours to drive around Gulf Shore and Orange Beach! Between all the activities and beach days, we really enjoyed ourselves! Great locations and condo! We’d stay again in the exact same condo if we swing back to Orange Beach!

Family vacation

The place was amazing. The ocean views, the people and the company. Convenient location for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. Our kids absolutely loved the vacation home and can't wait to go back!

Everything was good during out stay except living room sofa, it was too noisy to sit on. We enjoyed the view from balcony and home was decorated.

Great Family Vacation

Great view of the water and beach from inside or on balcony. Condo had plenty of space and could accommodate 2 families, although we only had 4. Plenty of parking, two elevators for short waits, short drive to shopping. Had a great week at the beach.

Wonderful Relaxing Mini Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My guests and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was true to the pictures shown and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the beach was great. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the waves and people watching. We had everything we needed to cook dinner the one night we didn't go out. The only problem I had was that I only booked for 4 days instead of a week. I highly recommend this condo, compliments to the owner you have a beautiful place.

The balcony was incredible and the condo is well equipped to sleep everyone comfortably. The beach was beautiful and the ocean was superb! Lots of fun in the pools, game room, and sports activities like basketball for my twin sons! We had great communication with the Liquid Life team and the staff at the condo was super friendly. Only complaint was the dryer in the unit didn’t dry well so we had to dry our clothing several times each load, but otherwise it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location could not have been more perfect! Awesome amenities, great space. But one thing I must say is that the queen bed should have a memory foam topper... Just a suggestion. When I laid on the queen bed springs Hitting my spine. It felt like one of those cheap mattresses that they put on sofa beds. Also the cleaning service needs to be improved. Seems like they just swept the sand that was on the floor of each bedroom into the closet and just left it there.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fabulous, however the management of condo was not. The building at Phoenix 1 is run by Bret Robinson property management but the property manager for the condo we rented was Liquid Life Rentals. That was never explained until arrival and talking with Brett Robinson. Liquid Life has automated system for texts but whenever I text I never received responses back. They had all my packages delivered to their address (at a different property location) as opposed to the condo office which made me have to wait extra day to get stuff and go to the beach. When asked why they just wanted to make sure I got them. Other than management issues condo was great. The dryer did not dry well, but I have run into when staying at other condos. Entry door often stuck which make opening very loud. Annoying if you leave early or late. Would recommend the condo just be aware of condo property management that makes me not want to recommend the condo

No sleep for our vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Workers woke us every morning at 7 o’clock. We needed rest very much. So I called to report our problem. No one helped us in any way for the entire vacation. This unit should have never been rented. We paid for quality and did not receive it.
