Blue Wave enjoys an ideal location, just a few steps from Orient Bay Beach in Saint Martin, the Village Square with its many restaurants, as well as a bakery and a grocery store. Everything is within walking distance!



Step out of the apartment and follow the small path that leads you directly to the white sands of Orient Bay.



Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite to the master bedroom), as well as a separate toilet. The bright living area opens onto a terrace and a small private garden, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing on the sun loungers.



For your comfort, Blue Wave is equipped with a modern, fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave…), a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, and a private parking space.

Location Location Location

We were five minutes from the beach and multiple restaurants. Three minutes from a small grocery store and bakery. Lovely time all around.

Great location, but...

This is 1st floor unit close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo is good for 2 people- only one toilet. We had problems with the toilet and the hot water when we arrived, and they were fixed by a plumber. Our stay was going well, until we had a lizard, some cockroaches., and then a live bat in the house at 1:30 am. We swatted it down, and the next morning we killed it ourselves with a broom when we did not get a response quickly from the property manager. We did ask them to come and clean it up, which they did. I know this may be common here, but it was scary nonetheless.! Also, there is no pool. We were given a key to a pool nearby, but there were no chairs around that pool! This unit does not provide beach chairs which we knew in advance. Who builds a big pool with no chairs??walkingbdistance of lots of

Amazing location, walking distance to the beautiful Orient Bay beach. Christine was an amazing host, welcoming and always available when we had questions or needed her support. Highly recommend the Blue Wave. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Location, location, location! Right around the corner from Orient Bay Village is this little heaven. Two nicely appointed bedrooms with two showers and one toilet. A very nice kitchen and outdoor patio await you. It was perfect for our needs.

Blue Wave - Orient Bay, St Maartin (French side)

Really nice, quite, cute 2 bed, with one toilet/water closet and tw seperate shower/sink combination. One is in the master bedroom which is very nice. Owner was extremely easy to work with and was very helpful with a water and power issue. Power went out and that affects the water. She was very communicative about the whole island process. It really is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to small grocer and really delish restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic spot.

Great little apartment for 2-4 people. The location can’t be beat. Walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. So many amazing restaurants with alll ranges of food and live music within 5-10 minute walk. Check out Orient Bay Plaza for amazing restaurants.

My RAVE for Blue Wave

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending 10 days at this residence which far exceeded our expectations. The property was very clean, comfortable and appeared to be recently renovated. The ground floor location was wonderful, a short 5- minute walk to the beach, to the 'Village' restaurants and to several shops. The king bed was firm, but comfortable and the very large flat screen TV provided all the viewing options we could want with Netflix, YouTube, and Roku. WiFi Internet was excellent and the fully stocked kitchen (including dishwasher) exceeded our expectations. Christine, the property manager, could not have been kinder or more attentive. She greeted us on arrival and at departure. We have visited St. Martin 16-18 times over the past 20 years and we believe this is the best vacation yet. Thank you, Christine...we will be back!

Fantastic Stay!

This condo is adorable! Everything is new and the location is a two minute walk to Orient Beach, many restaurants and the grocery store. Christine was wonderful and did everything to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. On our last day, our rental car wouldn't start, so she showed up immediately with jumper cables and started our car. Her husband also came by to offer assistance. Can't wait to come back next year!
