Just 500 meters from the village (with all amenities, shops, services, and restaurants), in a peaceful, green area on the riverbank (fishing available on site), Harria welcomes you to the Basque countryside, 45 minutes from Biarritz and 30 minutes from Bayonne. This large 10-person gîte is attached to the owner's house, guaranteeing complete privacy. The grounds are fully enclosed and the 3000 m² are private. On site, just for you: a large above-ground swimming pool (saltwater system), ping-pong table and water slide, a shelter (bikes for rent), and a summer kitchen (sink, griddle, barbecue, and fridge-freezer). A large covered terrace provides a lovely spot for al fresco dining in the shade. Separate access for your cars (electric gate). Ground floor: Large living area: - Well-equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave) with a comfortable dining area - Living room (TV, Wi-Fi internet connection - fiber optic, double sofa bed) opening onto the covered terrace - Shower room (walk-in shower/toilet). Washing machine. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190 cm), 2 attic bedrooms (2 sets of bunk beds 2 x 90 cm + 2 single beds 90 cm). 2 cots. - Bathroom, separate toilet.
