Just 500 meters from the village (with all amenities, shops, services, and restaurants), in a peaceful, green area on the riverbank (fishing available on site), Harria welcomes you to the Basque countryside, 45 minutes from Biarritz and 30 minutes from Bayonne. This large 10-person gîte is attached to the owner's house, guaranteeing complete privacy. The grounds are fully enclosed and the 3000 m² are private. On site, just for you: a large above-ground swimming pool (saltwater system), ping-pong table and water slide, a shelter (bikes for rent), and a summer kitchen (sink, griddle, barbecue, and fridge-freezer). A large covered terrace provides a lovely spot for al fresco dining in the shade. Separate access for your cars (electric gate). Ground floor: Large living area: - Well-equipped kitchen (American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave) with a comfortable dining area - Living room (TV, Wi-Fi internet connection - fiber optic, double sofa bed) opening onto the covered terrace - Shower room (walk-in shower/toilet). Washing machine. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190 cm), 2 attic bedrooms (2 sets of bunk beds 90 cm each + 2 single beds 90 cm). 2 cribs. - Bathroom, separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Cleaning is also available for an extra charge. HEATING INCLUDED (heat pump). Air conditioning upstairs. The cottage is not equipped for electric vehicle charging. If you bring an electric vehicle, an additional charge will be payable to the owner. Beautiful walks and bike rides are possible nearby.
