Situated just minutes from the campuses of Florida State University and Florida A&M University, as well as the iconic Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, Tallahassee Airport, this property puts you in the center of the action.

You will delight in our fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, and comfortable beds where you can unwind after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the free WiFi or immerse yourself in a good game of chess. Plus enjoy our free onsite parking. Outdoor seating is available at the Side of home with a small fireplace. No backyard access. Your space is yours only. No one else is in the home. Locked areas are for storage.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is located on the south side of Tallahassee. The area is close to everything, the flea market, airport, downtown shops, capital buildings and universities. The street is extremely quiet, and I love to walk to the end of the road and sit and read a book at the park or take a leisurely walk. The area has great walking trails off Woodville or capital circle.

What makes this property unique

The space is intimate and clean. Your comfort is the core purpose of the space. No interruptions, comfortable beds, tea and coffee if you wish to stay in, fridge to store your food and games if you wish to play(dominoes/cards/chess).
