This is an older property in a well established, quite neighborhood. Well kept.and very clean. Great access to restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome property, great pool, dog loved the yard! Yes, some of yall commented the pool was too cold to swim in. We disagree, it was perfect. But we also frequent Florida springs. Contact with the owner was flawless and pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Wanted to soak in a bath after driving 10 hours and the mat was molded, so I removed it, cleaned the tub and proceeded with my relaxation. Outside of that everything was immaculately perfect thank you for the hospitality.

Perfect house in a great location. Nice quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities needed. The pool and large fenced yard were a fantastic bonus. Great communication with the hosts. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place!

We are moving to Tallahassee and stayed here for our kids’ first visit. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids enjoyed the pool, house is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need. Helpful and welcoming owners. It’s a great find!

Great vacation house in the city

I stayed here with my two dogs, and we loved it! The backyard was great for the dogs, and the pool was perfect for me! The kitchen is fully stocked for those that want to cook. The pool is screened in, although Florida mosquitoes are determined enough to get in. The location is wonderful as well, very close to everything.

Site seeing for manatees

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The house was very clean and well decorated. They had plenty of extras and necessities in case something was forgotten. The pool area was wonderful to sit and just relax. The water was too cold this trip but hope to book again.

Nice Tallahassee Stay

Great location for stays during FSU games or graduation. We stayed for graduation. Interior was immaculate. Pool area had not been readied for our stay. Other than that it was a great rental and the owners were very accommodating. Would stay again.

Ideal Location and More

Rosemary Terrace was an ideal location for our time in Tallahassee. So convenient and easy to get to all the places we needed to get to. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Although we did not use the pool, too cold, it is a great outdoor space. We loved all of the small things the owners did for their guests…coffee in labeld containers, snacks, toiletries, cute coffee bar, and more.

Wonderful Get Away

This is the best Virbo I have rented to date. I like it so much I already rented it again for a summer visit. The property has everything you need to cook and serve meals. The screened in pool and covered porch area were wonderful day and night. It was great for having morning coffee or evening cocktails. The beds are comfortable and there are pleanty of blankets. I highly recommend this property.
