Lounge dockside with a drink in hand as gentle sea breezes roll in, or launch your paddle board or kayak right from your private dock and explore the serene waters nearby. After a day under the sun, unwind in the separate jacuzzi or take a lap in the training pool, specifically designed for aquatic exercise and complete with fitness equipment.

Craving a cookout? Fire up the expansive outdoor kitchen, fitted with a full-size refrigerator, gas stovetop with a griddle, and special plates just for your favorite veggies. Prefer to cook inside? The chef’s kitchen awaits with double ovens, a sleek French door refrigerator, a cozy breakfast bar, and stylish ceiling art that adds a touch of whimsy to every meal.

Soak in show-stopping sunset views from the upper balcony or settle into the lushly furnished lower living area and sway the day away in a hammock. With multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas connected by both interior and exterior staircases, there’s no shortage of cozy corners to relax in.

Working remotely or need to catch up on emails? The dedicated office space features two separate desks with essential supplies to help you stay productive—even in paradise. Computer not provided.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-The 40-foot Greenline boat belongs to the homeowner and is not for guest use. It is stationed at the dock as well, but there is space for another boat.
-Separate temperature controls for both the pool and jacuzzi.
-The cargo lift is available if needed.
-Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
-Beach towels are available for guest use.
-Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests.
-Guests must stay for a minimum of 28 days.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: One to the front facing driveway, and then 2 to the back facing the canal.

Dock details: The space behind the homeowner's Tiara boat is available. There is boat dockage between the pilings for a boat 11 ft wide (beam) and up to 25 ft length size.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
