This is an oceanside villa with only four units in the complex, its a two bedroom two bath villa with a balcony and 40FT boat slip is available. Villa has all the amenities including heated pool, kayaks, marina, bikes and much more!!! The unit is located in mile marker 100 on the ocean side walking distance to Dolphin Plus where you can swim with the dolphins , its very close to great restaurants and minutes away from John Pennkamp state park. Great fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Everything you need for an amazing vacation.

The property was beautifully decorated very clean and my son loved being able to fish off of the dock area. Every cast was a catch. Walking distance from some really good restaurants and we did use the kayaks as well. That was a super fun afternoon out!

Fantastic place, location and boat dock!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The unit is clean, well-decorated and the facilities for the boat dockage were excellent. This was perfect for our family of four including two small children.

Wonderful place to stay. Nicely decorated all the kitchen ware anyone would need. Excellent dock, plenty of room for car and trailer. All together a very nice set up We enjoyed the downstairs outside grill and dining area. Would differently book again.

Awesome location and Condo

The property is in a fantastic location close to many great restaurants and stores. Boating is convenient also very close to the ocean and boat ramp. Wonderful pool and relaxing spaces and a great sunrise view. The condo itself was nearly new inside and very well equipped. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and plenty of space. Our family enjoyed the canal views and use of the kayaks. The pool was very warm and never crowded. The condo is located minutes from TONS of great restaurants and lots of activities. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent base for Key Largo

Lovely apartment, close to everything in Key Largo. My husband and our friends all came for a group scuba trip, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do! Host was communicative, there were plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer were so helpful to have on hand.

Perfect vacation!

Our family of four had a fabulous time in the beautiful, comfortable condo. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants and Pennekamp. We got a lot of use out of the kayaks and enjoyed exploring the canals. My kids loved the pool too after a day on the boat. We definitely will be back!

Loved everything about it! Owner was very accommodating and great at getting back to me on questions. Loved the boat slip for boat we rented. Restaurants were close by and great food! Loved the accommodations… absolutely adorable and clean! Went snorkeling .. loved being able to see sunrise and sunset! Very comfortable bed. Loved wrap around balcony. Our family loved this happy place! Our upper floor villa had a great view of sunrise and the canals, and even had bikes, kayaks and a cozy hammock. We enjoyed the updated decor, and the kitchen was efficient for our stay. The location was close to awesome restaurants and John Penneycamp State Park, as well as boat slips for boating guests. Fantastic Spot in Key Largo!

Beautifully decorated condo with a delightful view of the sunrise and canal. One of the nicest rentals I've stayed in. Property manager was great and the location is the best in Key Largo. Walking to one of the best restaurants for seafood in the keys was phenomenal. Close to everything. Highly Recommend!
