You couldn't possibly get closer to the excitement of downtown Seattle than this chic 14th-floor condo! Just outside your door you'll find Pike Place Market, Waterfront Park, museums, restaurants, bars, coffeeshops (so many coffeeshops) – you name it. If the weather’s nice, start your day on your private balcony with a cup of coffee (of course), enjoying the sweeping views of the city skyline. If you’re making breakfast, the well-equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need. Now it’s time to head out and explore the city. Will it be a day shopping, at a museum, exploring the waterfront, or perhaps the Space Needle? If you're sticking closer to home, you've got access to a shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center on site. When you return in the evening, check this out: the framed artwork on the living room wall turns into a dazzling 4K Ultra HD TV. When the TV is off, it transforms back to the artwork. Outside, the glittering lights of the city will enchant you from both your comfortable living room and the bedroom, which shares access to that lovely deck. Step outside and take it all in before bed, and decide what to do tomorrow.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else…

This was the second year in a row that we stayed here during late June… we love the location as well as the unit/building. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is sooooo comfy! The best part is the balcony. You can’t go wrong with this condo.

Extended stay in convenient location

This location has everything you need for an extended stay. Great WiFi, comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen, and plenty of space. The in-unit laundry and other amenities at the complex were great. The location can't be beat in terms of convenience and proximity to fun sights and restaurants. Overall great experience. I would stay again.

Great Location

We were looking to stay near Pike Place Market and it’s just a few minute walk from there, if not less, so it was perfect! My fiancé and I planned to cook a few meals in to save some money and the kitchen was well stocked with the pots/pans, and utensils to do so. You don’t have a problem walking, it’s near enough to the Space Needle and the piers to do so, but we also had a rental to drive other places if we didn’t feel like walking and so the parking space was a plus. There’s heating but no A/C, which wasn’t a problem since we stayed here in late October, so we could crack the doors open for cool air. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing location steps away from all the action

Great location, friendly and helpful group of door attendants. The pool and hot tub were a great end to the day after putting in 20k steps. There were more amenities/appliances in the apartment than in the listing which was a pleasant surprise, the steamer was very handy. Target downstairs was both a blessing and a curse. Being so central made getting everywhere not walkable by bus/train super simple. The bed was extra comfortable, nice and squishy but still gave support. Street traffic was a bit loud to keep the window open, but that's a given downtown. There are two things I'd change to make it off the charts, a curved shower rod to gain some space in the narrow tub and a full length mirror somewhere. My SIL and I had nowhere to do full outfit checks.

Home away from home

This place was an amazing stay for our week long vacation. Had great views of the city, one of THE comfiest beds, and lots of amenities! The location was right behind Pikes Place market, so it was very convenient to walking almost anywhere and there were tons of cute bars and restaurants near by! Throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Fabulous Location

The location is fabulous. The apartment had everything we needed for 2 people. We recommend taking the Link light rail from the airport and using public transportation throughout your stay. Between walking and using the Link or Monorail, you are able to see all the special places that Seattle has to offer. At the end of the day, it is nice to come back and sit on your private balcony for a drink and recap of your day and then go to the 4th floor to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub.

Perfect for me

Loved the urban location, the lanai, and having a parking spot. I’m from Portland, so I’m used to what is entailed with Pacific NW urban living. I worked remotely here for a week. Was great to walk just two to three blocks to the market, great restaurants, and shops. The homeowner’s association requires that a Vacasa rep check you in and show you around the building. Simon was my check-in guy. He was easy to schedule with, was professional, and he gave great restaurant recommendations.

Outstanding!

Location, location, location! So convenient to restaurants and the Pike Market. Super comfortable bed and fully stocked kitchen. Great underground parking, amazing outdoor terrace complete with multiple BBQ grills. Truly one of the best condos that we’ve ever rented. Would highly recommend and plan to come back again soon!

It’s the views for me 😍

This stay has stunning views and watching the sunset over the bay from the 4th floor deck is a treat. We spent the bulk of our stay on the balcony. You are RIGHT in the middle of all the action. Pikes is right behind you, target below you, middle of the city, lots of restaurants, shopping and people watching. Do bear in mind this is downtown. Be safe, alert and aware when exploring. 3rd ave is just up the road and not a place you want to be alone. Noise could be a con for some but we love the city life so it wasn’t an issue for us but their complimentary ear plugs were empty so come prepared if you like a quiet sleep. Also speaking of coming prepared. Check to see how much toilet paper is there upon arrival. We had to go and purchase some as there was only one roll. While the bathroom was not adequately stocked the kitchen was with plenty of cups, dishes and cooking utensils. Kitchen and bathroom were clean but overall cleanliness was a concern. The rugs in the unit are extremely stained even though it’s posted to remove shoes. We preferred to keep socks on when walking around. The bedding for the pull out had food (red ketchup like) stains. And the main comforter in the bedroom had a yellowish stain. (We were told our cleaning fee will be refunded so staff is responsive) Overall we enjoyed our stay. Good location and building but home needs some work

The location was good. Right next to the Public Market and the building was very secure but home doesn’t have AC so it became hot some days and street noise is very loud at night of the door is left open. Shower water pressure was very poor. Place was clean except for under the couch. Our young daughter dropped the tv remote and found it hadn’t been vacuumed for quite some time.

Awesome!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here and everything was amazing! Location is around the corner from Pike Place and right above a target, price is reasonable, apartment is super clean and has everything you could need (washer and dryer too!), decor was nice, and there was access to the pool and JACUZZI 👏👏 Would definitely stay here again : )

Great location!

Great place to stay. We loved the whole place. We especially liked having the kitchen for the refrigerator and we loved having the balcony. The washer and dryer were an added touch to run a load of clothes as needed. The king size bed was comfortable. We recommend this place. Great front door personnel and easy check in and out. A little issue with which parking spot is assigned to the property but it was no big deal.

It was really nice to be greeted warmly and quickly shown all the aspects of the building and unit. The rooms were nicely decorated and everything was spotlessly cleaned. Total comfort. We really enjoyed the large TVs and all the channels we had access to while we relaxed. We also found the washer and dryer very convenient. We made some food and found the kitchen delightful. Everything you need is right there. The building was secure and concierges where chipper and helpful at all times we interacted. Parking was easy and great to have for our adventures. The balcony was neat although it was a bit chilly for use while we were there. Everything was perfect and we appreciate being able to rent such a great spot for all of our Seattle adventures. We will be back! :)
