Wonderful Beach Getaway!

The property was perfectly kept and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice deck area with large dining table under awning and a fire pit area. There were nine in our party (three families) and plenty of room for a comfortable stay.

Lovely home in beach community

Our party consisted of parents (us), adult children/spouses and grandsons (ages 7, 7, 10). The area offers great beaches with surf, flat country roads for biking. The home is lovely, roomy, bright, has a great deck and yard. Very comfortable accommodations for nine people.

Lovely week at the perfect house

My family has been staying down at the beach in RI for a week every summer since 2009. We've stayed in many houses and we think we finally found the one we want to keep coming back to! This house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location! The kids loved playing games in the backyard. The adults loved all the details- like cabinets to put the outdoor cushions away at night so they stay dry. The walk to the beach was easy and so pleasant. Frederick and Medelise were lovely to work with abnd we can't wait to visit again!

Amazing Week

We had an amazing week at this rental. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The location was great. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and 5 kids. Fred was very accommodating and answered questions during our stay. We would definitely rent this house again!
