The building is currently undergoing spalling repairs and full exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) is expected to be restricted from approximately late October 2026 through March 2027. These dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.
Please Note:
• The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe. (Questions? Feel free to reach out)
• The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within that timeframe.
• Exterior balcony furniture will be removed during the affected work period.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.
