Relax and enjoy your Angel Fire vacation with the whole family at Crestview 11. This spacious, light-filled townhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is across from the Cougar shuttle stop. The first level has a garage, perfect for gear storage. The second level has a kitchen with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area that seats six at the table plus a counter bar that seats three. The living area has lots of room to relax with a sofa that seats three, two loveseats that seat two each, and an easy chair with an ottoman, arranged around the gas fireplace and a smart TV with Roku service. The exterior deck is accessed from the living area. Also on the second level is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with a shower. The third level has a bedroom with a king bed, and a loft bedroom with a twin/twin bunk bed, a twin trundle, and a twin bed, as well as three additional twin mattresses. This level also has a full bath with a shower/tub combination and a stacked washer and dryer.
Wi-Fi is provided. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
Please be aware that this property has a front-door camera and exterior wildlife cameras.

LOCATION: Crestview 11 is across from the Cougar shuttle stop. It is 2.3 miles (six minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.3 miles (six minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: Crestview 11 has room for one vehicle in the garage and one vehicle outside the garage.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.
WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
