We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was simple and the house was very comfortable. Peter was a great host and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is a short walk to a nice and uncrowded beach area in NSB.

An excellent location, wonderful neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. The private swimming pool is beautifully landscaped and decorated. The owner, Peter, was friendly and very reactive to all our requests and questions.

Fantastic Stay

Property was exactly as described. Location to beach was great, pool was beautiful, owner was SUPER responsive and accommodating, and loved the different areas for relaxing. Would highly recommend.

hidden paradise

the description of the property is accurate. Beautiful pool and wonderfully landscaped. home is clean, nice furniture, well kept. Friendly neighbors in quite neighborhood. The walk to the beach was simple. 5 minutes. Guest house has a slight musty scent but owner is addressing. The property owner was prompt in responding to any questions,. We will be back!

Perfect place to enjoy a stay in a Florida beach house. One story (no stairs) with plenty of sleeping capacity (4 bedrooms) and bathroom (3 and 1/2), and a private salt water heated pool surrounded by palm trees. Great patio area with fire pit and grill. Short walk to the Silver Sands no-drive beach (a quiet section with no condos).
