Change your clocks to "Island Time" and unwind in one of the best beachside locations in New Smyrna Beach–just a 30 second walk to the gorgeous no-drive beach! This one-of-a-kind 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers relaxed digs with beautifully appointed modern Balinese island decor, for the perfect getaway. Recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen or unwind after a fun-filled day at the beach in the private fenced yard with inviting fire pit!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Very nice rental. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beach was easily accessible with a crosswalk very close to the rental unit. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to have some time in the sun. We loved our stay.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. The management company was so attentive, and the property was perfect for us. Beautiful kitchen, the entire space is so open and feels much larger than it is. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and proximity to anywhere we wanted to go… but for our stay we enjoyed the backyard and having space for our pups to enjoy it also. We are already thinking about when we can book another stay.

This is the second time we rented this home. Loved our 2 night Stay! The location of the home is close to the beach and to shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean and the backyard is perfect for pets. The only problem we encountered was the handle on the sliding glass door was loose and coming apart. We recommend this property and will rent again the next time we come to New Smyrna.

First I must say that the communication with the host was truly amazing. From the first inquiry to the response when asking for a couple of additional items, was beyond my expectations. Another wonderful stay!

We'd previously booked the other side of this property and so enjoyed our stay, we decided we'd book this side as it looked beautiful, too. And it is! Impressively clean, and such thought put into everything. It's so bright and comfortable. The beach is an easy few-minute walk across the road via the crosswalk (note that there may not be a ramp, only stairs, to the sand). And the sounds of the waves can be heard from the front of the property. Even though located directly off the road, the area is so quiet, especially at night. Parking is very convenient in the driveway and garage. There are plenty of restaurants a very short drive away, as well as a Publix. The management company provides great instructions for everything, is easy to communicate with, and responds quickly. An amazing property for a relaxing vacation!

Perfect Stay

This is our second time staying at one of their properties and as before it was perfect! Great yard for our dogs, doggie bags supplied in the yard was a bonus. Loved the crosswalk in front of the house straight to the beach. Will definitely be booking again!!

Perfect setting

We stayed here with one other couple and it was a perfect setting for us. Very clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to the beach and several nice places to eat.

Clean, comfy, and convenient

Two couples stayed in January, hoping that the weather would be warm enough to enjoy a short beach day while still having access to Orlando and St. Augustine. It was too cold to really make that work, but the duplex was wonderful. Both king beds were comfortable. Each couple had our own bathroom and privacy. We didn’t cook, but enjoyed having the keurig and fridge for snacks. We used the washer and dryer a couple of times during our stay and all went smoothly. We didn’t turn on the TV or use the fire pit at all, because we were gone so much, but everything was neat, tidy, and very efficient. The owner was communicative and helpful when I requested a late checkout, which we didn’t end up needing. Walking across the street for access to the beach was easy for adults, but it would be a little tricky with small children. We enjoyed our stay overall and have only positive feedback

Super cute, super clean

This was a perfect place for a birthday weekend getaway with our friends and pup. The house is so cute, very clean, and had everything we needed. I loved the property and hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Cutest little beach house!

Just as pictured. Furnished nicely with big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Everything you need in the kitchen, as well as beach supplies!! Nice to have a garage to keep your car in. Beach access was under construction, but it's only one more block away to catch the next entrance. Definitely recommend.

Great Stay in NSB across from beach

House was clean, new furnishings and well stocked. I enjoyed that there was a flashing crossing light one house down to cross the road. Seawall is being repaired on the beach access point but walk one block north or south for additional access points. Plenty of beach at high tide and huge wide beach when it was out. Short walk to 7-11 and short drive to grocery or dining. Very easy check in and property management was responsive to emails. Will definitely recommend and we will book here again!

Perfect for relaxing!

We loved the house which is superb and very welcoming. The house is very close to the beach which you can walk to by crossing the street. You can also choose to relax in the back yard which is very spacious and pleasant. Perfect for relaxing! Perfect in every way!

My sister and I loved staying on this property! I always stay directly on the beach when I come to NSB. This was the very first time I stayed “off” the beach, but I am now a believer. It is SO close to the beach, just across the street with easy access, so you feel like you are practically on the beach. The house is very clean, beautifully decorated, equipped with anything you would want or need for a beachside getaway. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for sharing your home for others to enjoy!
