CONDITIONS

Linen is not provided (duvets and pillows provided): option to be requested from Marie maximum 24 hours before your arrival (option 21€ per bed prepared and 6€ per bath kit - small and large towel + bath mat) - to be paid on site

You must return the house in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival.

Cleaning option: 120 €

If you arrive after 8pm, the service will be charged 10€ per hour

If you wish to leave after 11am (10am if cleaning is to be done), the service will be charged 10€ per hour depending on the possibilities

Pets are not allowed.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

Marie de Ty'Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you to the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (Reservations, babysitter, full fridge...)
Marie can welcome you from 2pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out.
Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)
You must vacate the house before 10am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)
