Located in a peaceful setting on the heights of Sarlat, just 2 kilometres from the town centre, this large family holiday home of 200m2 offers an ideal setting for a rejuvenating stay in Dordogne. Fully equipped to accommodate up to 12 travellers, you will be seduced by its vast enclosed garden, its heated private swimming pool and its fitted 40m2 terrace, perfect for enjoying beautiful summer evenings with the barbecue available. This is the ideal starting point for a family or friends' stay in the Périgord.

Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space, consisting of a large dining table and a cosy living room with a sofa, television and decorative fireplace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hobs, dishwasher) and offers you everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee machine.



The house has 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – ground floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), 1 chest of drawers and direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2 – ground floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), 1 wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.

Bedroom 3 – first floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and 1 chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 – first floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and 1 chest of drawers.

Bedroom 5 – first floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), 2 single beds (90x190 cm) and 1 chest of drawers.



Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one on the ground floor, equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, the other upstairs with a shower and bathtub. The accommodation also has two independent toilets.



For your comfort, a washing machine, a travel cot, a high chair, as well as an ironing board and an iron are provided.



You will easily be able to park in the closed courtyard of the accommodation.
