Unplug and unwind in this tranquil River Lodge and 2 Cozy Cabins

Explore our beautiful 14 acres of private woods on the Saluda River! With your stay, you'll have full access to the Main Stay Lodge and two gorgeous cabins. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by nature views and end your days by the fire making s'mores. This property boasts walking trails, river access, fishing, two fire pit areas, and a covered fireplace on the string lit back porch. The trails are also amazing for mountain biking. The Main Stay Lodge is the perfect place for your entire party to gather and unplug and unwind. The communal living room, numerous porches, and Pool Table may pique your interest. For the kids and the kids at heart, the basement game/bunk room is filled with tons of actives including foosball, basketball, mini golf pong, Xbox, a vintage PacMan | Battlestar Galactica arcade system and much more!


The Main Stay Lodge offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is a massive king suite with a beautiful home office for those who might be looking to work remotely.

The back porch offers incredible river views as well as a large couch with a lava rock fire table for those chilly nights.

The second main floor bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and a bathroom with a large shower and jacuzzi tub.

The basement bedroom has four bunk beds as well as a comfy futon. This room can sleep up to 10 kids!

Each cabin has a Queen bed, full bathroom, and small kitchen. These cabins are perfect for couples to retreat to after a long day full of activities.

Looking to roast some marshmallows? There are multiple designated fire pits located on the property where you can make your favorite s'mores!

We love staying here!! 2 years now. It works perfect for our Easter visit with family and baseball. The cabins are cute and comfortable, the games and sleeping arrangements are just perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property!! The “kids” love the river to fish in and the peacefulness of the property.

great accomodation

nice big property with plenty of room for a large group. Video games, pool table, multiple tv's so plenty of entertainment. outdoor area had lots of area to explore. Beds were comfortable and showers were particularly interesting with all the different jets. The additional cabins were nice for additional bedrooms for those that wanted to sleep later.

Perfect place for family reunion

Was exactly as shown on listing. Had so many amenities. Secluded but a 15 minute drive and you have many restaurants, stores etc. Surpassed my expectations. It was wonderful!

Restful Retreat

This spacious property is very comfortable for a large group - lots of private space but lots of large group spaces as well. Fun games, pool, video games, puzzles… pretty hikes on trails… all very pleasant. Love the charming extra cottages - real retreats. Groceries are 7 minutes away and river access for wading (which is fun) was about 5 minutes away. We really enjoyed this property.

Thanksgiving with Family

The is a great rental! The property is secluded allowing everyone to relax, plus it has several trails to hike allowing us to explore. The lodge was large and easily accommodated our group. Hilltop cabin is next to the lodge and was perfect for our nephew, his wife, and baby. We didn't use the Rivers Edge cabin, but it is located along a river with an amazing view. The owner Josh, was great. He was a pleasure to work with and he was responsive to all the questions and requests we made leading up to our vacation.

Incredible

This was an amazing rental! The lodge and the two cabins were very clean. It was nice to spend most of our time together at the lodge, but then have a place for some of our party to go for a break. The hiking trails on the property were a great place to get in a short hike or walk our pups. The river was a bit hard to get to but it was beautiful once you got down. We found a cute park near the property to swim and slide on the rocks. The two game areas were used by our whole party. We also loved the extra large deck with the fire table. If we travel to the area we will definitely rent here again.

Everything you need in one place

We had a fabulous family reunion here on this property. There was room for everyone AND there was something for everyone to do. We had fun walking trails on the property and playing all the different games available in the home. The evenings were perfect out on the porch. It was really an amazing property where we made lots of great memories.

We were in awe of this place. Hidden out of the way. Absolutely beautiful. The cabins were clean.

Spacious and clean. We live about 20 minutes away and had no idea it was there. I will be booking again.

Risky Relaxing

It was beautiful, efficient, and secluded. It was great for the fishermen in the group. The toddler loved it, the rocks and the river. It He kept everyone on their toes. There was plenty to do indoors and the back porch provided easy relaxation. The property is perfect for young, active families with children who are at least 4 years old.

Wonderful place to gather with love ones!

What a wonderful place to gather with family and love ones, a place to retreat from the hustle and bustle, but close to plenty of natural beauty and water fun. The property is has plenty of space to gather and plenty space to have alone time, nice little trails for easy hiking, games and entertainment available in different spaces of the Main cabin. The property is very nice and tastefully set up, the beds are nice and comfortable and the showers are a treat! The whole family (3 families)enjoyed the stay very much and we are already talking about returning. And last but not least, Josh, our host, was really nice and attentive, responding really promptly to any question ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
