Amazing place so close to the water

We had an amazing time!! They thought of everything!! Sandwich baggies, high chair, baby gate, all of it is included. Everything was so clean and the property is located within walking distance to an amazing restaurant and the boat ramp. Highly recommend

Check in was super easy. House is in a good location and the layout worked well for our group. Everything was clean except there were small ants all over the kitchen counters when we first got there and (what looked like) blood stains on the upstairs sheets, so would recommend addressing those issues. However, those were minor things and overall the house has nice amenities and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The location was fine There was. Large dead fish on the back patio which was not removed and prevented us from using the back screened in porch due to the smellWhen asked about a vaccum to clean I was told there wasn’t one available

Very cute home. It was decorated nicely. Open and bright! It was a great place to stay as we visited our family in Cross Hill. At first, communication to owner was slow but that was only because it was funneling through Evolve. Once I was given the owners contact info the responses were very quick and very friendly! The house was pretty clean except for the floors. The living room furniture could also use some cleaning. Please consider adding something to cover the glass on the front door at night. We didn't love that everyone could see in. The house has the cutest back porch perfect for sipping your morning coffee. You might even get a visit from the neighbors friendly cat. ;) Overall it's a great house in a great location. Would certainly book again.Thank you!

What stood out was that I broke my leg on our first night while I was at my son’s house. So we spent the first night at the emergency room getting X-rays and a CT and finally a splint. Surgery and a cast in the near future. We got back to the house at 2:20 a.m. The bed was very comfortable!! My daughters and son-in-law got the Thanksgiving meal ready to take to my son’s. The kitchen had everything we needed!The house was very nicely decorated. Wish I had been able to enjoy things more. Only flaw was that there aren’t any dressers in the bedrooms. You couldn’t unpack any clothing unless it could hang on a hanger. That and maybe a railing at the cement steps in front. Other than those 2 things…the house had everything you’d need. All the finishing touches in the bathrooms were greatly appreciated!!
