Splash Resort is a kid's paradise! This beautifully-decorated condo offers a stunning view of the Gulf's sugary-white sands and emerald green waters. With sliding glass doors and direct access to a wrap-around corner balcony, you can listen to the peaceful waves and find the relaxation you are looking for while on vacation. With a host of amenities and an open kitchen concept, this condo is perfect for families to spend quality time together. While staying here, you'll also enjoy a variety of incredible on-site amenities including covered and outdoor pools, a hot tub, lazy river, a fitness center, shared grills and picnic tables, and a sauna.

Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest.

The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal.
Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This unit could be a prime rental with a little TLC. It is a corner unit with fantastic views. We had to reach out to Vacasa on the first day of our stay because the A/C on one side of the unit was not cooling and the ice maker was not working. They told us that someone would contact us the next day. They did come and fix the a/c but told us they were still checking on the ice maker. They never let us know what the staus was but seems the ice maker was not even hooked up so plan to buy ice if you stay in this unit. The furniture in the living room could really use some cleaning especially the area rug. We also told them about additional items that needed repair but no one came to fix them. The bathtub does not have a plug so there is no way to bath small children unless you stand in the shower with them. There is alot of damage to the walls that could use some paint/repair to refresh it. This unit states it can sleep up to 8 people but there are not enough dishes to serve that many and the pots and pans are in need of being replaced. I feel like the communication from Vacasa should be improved.The floor plan in this unit is very nice and spacious.Our family loves staying at Splash but this stay was not the best.

1st trip To Florida

1407E was fantastic, my kids, my mom and myself enjoyed our stay, beds were king size in the rooms and comfortable, we loved the extra mattress under the bunk beds!!! The Balcony was super nice and big, we all loved it, tried to keep the chairs from getting wet bc of the storms so we could go on the balcony and sit.. but everything turned out fantastic, will definitely book again in the future!! Absolutely loved this room and place!!!!

Needs some maintenance work

I’m going to be honest, I’m pretty easy to please because I understand everything will not be perfect. However, the issues we ran into are the same issues that people wrote about a YEAR ago. It’s time to fix those issues. The couch is broken; get a new one. For most people, they are counting on that pull out bed, and it can’t be used. You also don’t want to sit on the couch because you completely sink. The trundle bed under the bunk beds was also broken, so that wasn’t useful either. We ended up with a three year old in bed with us because there was nowhere else for him to sleep. Both shower doors are broken, so they do not close. Kind of important. This is a nice place, but you HAVE to fix these issues. Otherwise, you will keep getting unhappy customers. Overall, it was a great stay. We love the Splash resort and this unit has an extra large balcony. The place was clean.

Great Stay!

The room was plenty big for all the guest and right on the beach as described. The kids splash park was a huge plus for our littles. The couch bed was broken, but the VACASA staff was very helpful. The VACASA team was beyond generous and helpful during our entire stay!

Great stay with a few notes

No batteries in the remotes for the living room tv but the bedroom tvs worked just fine. The long couch's bed is warped inside the couch frame and cannot be removed. I did not check the smaller couch. There is a trundle under the bunk so there's an extra twin mattress there. Bring extra blankets as all they provide are sheets for the bunk beds. Ice tray kept falling off of the dispenser every time we closed the freezer so we just kept it above the fridge until leaving. None of this was a huge problem for our party of 2 moms and 5 kids! Had a great time! Huge patio to store your beach stuff. Huge bathrooms and very clean. We had a great trip. One of the kids cried when we had to leave!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was the perfect size for myself and my children. We had room to be together and room to spread out. My only regret is that there were only two chairs on such an expansive balcony so we could not all enjoy it together. We would love to stay here again!

Expected much much more…

Before we arrived, I received a call from Vacasa stating that the washing machine in the unit did not work and would be fixed Monday. We arrived Sunday and then Monday were told that maintenance would come Tuesday. After repeated calls with the Vacasa helpline, the issue was still not resolved. No one could tell me when or if the washer would be fixed. No one would give us any information about the washer at all. The local Vacasa agents were not on site for two days (Tuesday and Wednesday). My husband and I spent a considerable amount of our week long vacation dealing with this. This being our first family vacation with our two young kids we were deeply upset by the wasted time. I, as the customer, should not have to pay for an amenity if it’s not working. And I should not have to waste my vacation time dealing with issues that are not mine to deal with. I do not own the condo. Again, I’m a customer. Finally Thursday we were told by the Vacasa on site manager that maintenance came the day before and said the washer worked. Everything maintenance had told the manager was untrue. Maintenance came back Thursday and said that the mother board on the unit was fried and could not be fixed for at least 30 days as the part was backordered. Which clearly proves they did nothing Wednesday when they said they were there. We were offered $200 and the use of a washing machine in another unit on a different floor by the on site manager. It was a complete hassle. My husband had to carry our laundry up and down the elevators and waste 6+ hours of our day washing clothes in the other unit. The Vacasa helpline was useless. No one knew anything. They could offer no help only platitudes. If you are able to put all that aside, then you may want to be forewarned about the numerous other issues the condo has. Both showers have black mold growing in the caulking on the floor. The shower doors do not stay shut. Almost every item in the condo looks like it has not been cleaned or dusted in months. The floors did not look like they had been swept prior to our arrival. There were no spoons available in the kitchen which we were unaware of before arriving. The chairs outside the unit on the balcony were mostly broken and unusable. We weren’t able to enjoy very much time at all outside on the balcony due to this. Overall, this unit needs a complete overhaul. To be honest, the entire building does. The elevators are a death trap and almost took off the hands of multiple people in our party. We heard multiple accounts from other people stating in the building that the elevators are unsafe and to be extremely careful riding them. I’m not sure how the Splash Resort functions as a “family establishment” when most of the amenities are broken, unsafe or not clean. Paying so much of our hard earned money on a condo for a family vacation, we expected much more of the room itself and management. My family and I will NEVER stay for a condo owned by Vacasa again. I will not be referring anyone I know to one either.

Bad furniture

The sofa bed don’t work and the 3 rd bed under the bunk beds can not pulled over the rug on living room it’s to dirty the bathroom in the hall was damaged broke . Family beach vacation

We loves staying at splash the room was nice and the view was so beautiful. The only thing I have to complain about is the washer was not working. So we called and the guy came up and looked at it. Then came back the next day and fixed it. So I’m all everything was good. We will be staying in this room on all family vacations

EASY Family Fun!!! Splash Resort 1407E

The apartment was AMAZING!!! It had lots of space for our family to feel relaxed and at home. The decor was so cute and the furniture was all comfortable. The view off the balcony was just perfect, being able to see all along the beach and even the ferris wheel by the pier. We went early September, not so busy but still a great temperature. The kids just loved the three different pools, lazy river, hot tub, and splash pad. They had a hard time picking which one to enjoy first. The beach was just right out the back door, exactly what we wanted for our trip. There were multiple hoses and showers to help get the sand off your buns, too! They even had shaved ice, food, and drinks by the pool( and vending machines with snacks, too.) We had a couple interactions with the staff and other guests, and everyone was just LOVELY! Thank you for helping make our beach vacation the BEST!

Little dirty around the edges

Underneath the TV stand and end tables underneath the beds and Chester drawers were all dusty and little dirty stuff up high in the plants were Dusty the furniture is a little outdated and scratched up Overall we were little disappointed with the room but we did like the view also the swimming pools the tiles were disgusting dirty.
