Good location for skiing but read on

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, good location to ski several nearby mountains. Hot tub great to soak sore muscles at the very nice clubhouse (gaming, indoor pool, laundry) but pay attention to the time: it closes early at 8pm! Host very responsive. Overall happy with our choice and would stay there again. However, I struggled with how to rate fairly, because the only complaint I have could be important for someone with health problems and it never occurred to me it would be an issue: the complex is not smoke-free and there was quite a pot party going on nearby the first night: it was bad enough that we slept with the window open (it was surprisingly comfortable though temps were in the teens). Of course without a complex-wide no smoking policy, our host has no control of guests in other units--and yet he went to the trouble of contacting the owner of the other unit, who apparently contacted THEIR guests and the second night we did NOT have this problem! And I think I prefer smelly neighbors to noisy ones: it was very quiet so still got good sleep with a window open. For that reason I didn't feel it right to penalize this property or host with a bad rating. After all, it could be an issue at many places you might choose in Colorado--so if you don't have asthma don't let it discourage you from this very nice condo and host--just be aware of the possibility, and speak up if you have a problem. Perhaps making a quality air filter available for such times would also help.

Good For A Quick Stay

This property was accommodating enough for what we needed for a quick stay. The only criticisms that we would offer would be that the beds were not very cozy. Also, as disclaimed in the description, the rooms do get incredibly hot during the day making it pretty difficult to cool down after being out and about. The fans offered for each room do help but the room doesn't really get cool until after sun down. We were happy to have enough beds for our 6 person party for one night, clean dishes and the fans to help with the heat. We also got smoked out from people in the unit below us, which prevented us from being able to keep the windows open without smoke coming in. We could also hear people in the other condos we shared a wall with the entire time. That being said, it's a good place for a quick stay. Any more than one night may have not been very desirable.

Great location!

We stayed here, so we could attend a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. While the VRBO is a little over a mile away, it is still the perfect location as the free bus picks you up right outside the condo and takes you right to the amphitheater! Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

We were in town for a few days to explore the fun summer things Colorado has to offer. The condo was roomy enough for all 6 of us, beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. If ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Nice stay!

Great clean space for our family of five. Comfortable beds, nice lounging area and kitchen. The large hot tub in the next building was very relaxing after a long day of skiing!

Great skiing getaway!

Both the property and John were awesome. It’s a centrally located condo with easy paved and plowed access to the highway. The commute to keystone, copper mountain, Loveland, and Abasin are all within 15-20 minutes. John was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Can easily sleep 7 people or 8 if you use the couch. The common area has an indoor pool and outdoor hot tub which were great. Would definitely stay here again!

We have loved everything that Colorado has to offer and wanted to be able to share the beauty with our guests. We decided to purchase a condo in Dillon so we could spend more time in the mountains with our kids (skiing, hiking, etc).
