NUEVO LISTADO ! Antigua propiedad de la unidad en el mismo edificio durante 18 años. Necesitaba más espacio para la familia en crecimiento. No quería renunciar a nuestra ubicación PRIME, así que solo mueva 2 puertas hacia abajo. Si está buscando un gran refugio para su familia, venga a disfrutar de Colorado desde nuestra casa. La pintura nueva reciente y todos los muebles nuevos se suman a gabinetes personalizados, pisos de madera dura y piedra, encimeras de corian y persianas de madera. Cálida decoración profesional en todo. 4 televisores de pantalla plana, acogedora gran sala con solárium adyacente con impresionantes vistas. Estudie en la gran sala con cama queen size y área de escritorio. Mesa de comedor estilo granja con capacidad para 8 junto con asientos en el bar. Planta principal lavadero. Abundantes ventanas abiertas a vistas a la pista de esquí. La amplia terraza y el patio están a solo unos pasos de la piscina climatizada al aire libre (abierta todo el año), sauna, bañera de hidromasaje y canchas de tenis.
Salga por nuestra puerta trasera, a través del túnel hacia Keystone Lake and Village para disfrutar de restaurantes, patinaje, hockey, botes de remo, piragüismo, compras, música y actividades de temporada. ¡A SOLO DOS BLOQUES DEL CENTRO DE CONFERENCIAS!
Nuestra casa es de aproximadamente 1800 pies cuadrados. Las habitaciones incluyen dormitorio principal en la planta principal con cama de matrimonio. Planta principal baño completo. Sofá cama Queen en estudio. Arriba hay otro dormitorio principal con una cama king size, una cama doble de día con cama nido doble y baño completo. El segundo dormitorio del segundo piso tiene una cama queen size y literas (tamaño doble), todos los armarios son de entrada. También hay 2 cunas de tamaño completo, trona, silla de paseo, juguetes y juegos para las pequeñas aventuras.
El autobús de enlace a Keystone Mountain y River Run Resort se detiene cada 20 minutos en los refugios cerrados a unos pasos de nuestra puerta principal. Solo un rápido viaje de 1 milla a las pistas.

The townhouse was very warm and inviting! The place was plenty big enough for 7 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. Location was great for anything you may need and the hosts communicated very well. We can't wait for our next visit!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was very cozy and clean. The location was perfect; walking distance from the Keystone Lake and easy driving distance from all the outdoor opportunities that you can think of. Susan was an amazing host and very responsive throughout the whole stay. We created some amazing memories and would highly recommend this spot!

Comfy 2 story condo/townhouse. Great layout for 3 couples. Great location close to ski resort. Free bus right out the front door. Super convenient. COMFY SOFAS! Spacious kitchen, dinning and living room.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We had one adult 5 Seventeen tear olds and everyone had their own bed. Amazing! The kitchen had every pit, pan, and skillet we coyld possibly need to fire up wonderful dinners for the boys. Truly delightful!

Keystone vacation

By far the best place we've booked. The condo was clean, well stocked and homey. The beds were very comfortable and warm. The owners are very easy to contact and they are responsive to communication. The location was great for skiing as the lifts were less than 5 minutes away. Breckenridge and Copper were also very close and easy to drive to for day trips and shopping. We really enjoyed family vacation here.

Excellent property!

Very well appointed townhome. So much room for everyone - we were able to stretch out and relax when we weren’t at the pond. The king bed room with day bed and trundle was perfect for my husband and I and our teen and tween. Bathroom very spacious!The other rooms were perfect for our friends and their children. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some; loads of seating at the table and kitchen bar. Just a lovely townhome and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great for our 5-person family!

The condo was just perfect. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, my wife and I enjoyed the master suite, and my MIL enjoyed the downstairs bedroom. Check-in and check-out process was easy, and Susan provided great communication prior to our stay. Thank you!

Great location, layout worked well for our family, and there were board games and kids toys that if I had known I would have left my suitcase of kids entertainment behind because we had so much fun with monopoly and sorry and playing cars.

Well Stocked & Next Best Thing to Home

My family and I have stayed in multiple VRBO's over 13 years and the Tennis Townhome was the most well stocked we've ever visited. Things we normally need to supply ourselves were already there waiting for us (trash bags, toilet paper, napkins, zip lock baggies, plastic wrap, pantry items, Kleenex, the list goes on and on). Very comfortable, clean and the access to amenities is amazing. We played tennis at the Tennis Center within walking distance, enjoyed the pool & hot tub, rode our bikes on the super close trails & walked to Keystone's Lakeside Village via the tunnel under the highway. The location is close to Dillion, Frisco and Silverthorne for fishing, hiking, biking, shopping or dining.

Absolutely Wonderful!

My family and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years Eve in this lovely townhouse. In person is far better than the pictures. It is three bedrooms with three bathrooms…a perfect set up for my husband and I along with our two married children and five grandchildren. Easy access to the slopes with a shuttle close by. My grandsons loved the sleds and had a great time playing in the snow. Also the living room seating was so comfortable with room for all…it had two full sized sofas along with four chairs, and several ottomans. I highly recommend this place and I definitely plan on returning.

Wonderful extended stay

We were snowed in and had to stay an extra day. The owner was very accommodating, quick to respond and very reasonable with the additional stay. The place fit our 2 families great with 2 main bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. The bus route is very close by which made getting to the lifts very easy. The sauna, hot tub and heated pool were an added bonus. With so much snow the townhouses were cleared of snow very quickly by management. The owner kept us very informed of the snow storm and replied timely so we had little stress on our vacation. Keystone is one of my favorite places to ski as I’ve skied different places all over Colorado and New Mexico. It has great slopes and minimal lift lines over spring break and an adequate yet cute snow village at the base of river run.

Family Christmas ski trip

This is a wonderful townhome for families. It is more like being a guest in a friend’s home than an impersonal rental unit. It has a very well equipped kitchen, many toys and games for children and adults- even a Christmas tree! We brought some toys for the kids, but they preferred playing with the ones in the townhome! We were able to easily sleep 9, and everyone had room to spread out. There is a wonderful large table for games, coloring, and all eating together, plus a large living room with so much seating and room to play on the floor. There is also a study if you have to work ( we laid out all the kids ski clothes for the next day here). The boys enjoyed playing in the snow outside. We did not try out the heated pool, but it is close by. Some of us took the bus to the ski area, but mostly we drove and parked in the free parking. Very close drive- excellent location. Susan was very helpful with a key issue we had and made sure we were taken care of. Overall a wonderful trip- we would love to return!

Pond hockey stay

We are a family of 5 that stayed at this property for a pond hockey tournament weekend in Jan ‘23. Having stayed in properties on keystone pond before we were keen to be close to the pond but not on the pond and this property provided the perfect happy medium! Located the opposite side of the road to the Keystone Lodge, the pond was accessible through a tunnel that runs under the road. A 5 minute walk and you are at the pond. The condo is deceptively large with a bedroom, WC (with shower ), renovated large kitchen/dining, sitting room, library area and laundry on the main floor. Upstairs is a main bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 1 large master and one with a queen and bunks. This condo was plenty large for 5 of us to be comfortable! There are hot tubs and a pool just by the condo which is nice after a long day on the slopes. Keystone slopes are only a few mins in a car to get to the car park or there are free shuttles that run nonstop to get you there too. Check in and check out was painless and the owners were at the end of the phone for anything we needed. Would recommend this condo especially if you are there for a pond hockey tournament!

Just like home

I was here for a work conference but I would happily come back with my family. This place had all the comforts of home, including a crib, sippy cups, and lots of board games. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and any kitchen instrument you need to make a holiday feast. The decor was gorgeous and all beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us, and I could easily see many families sharing the space as well with all the extra beds. Only a five minute walk to the conference center, too!
