A fully equipped kitchen, open concept living area, workspace, cable TV, WIFI, washer and dryer and more, plus a spacious backyard make this the ideal spot for you to live, work and play. The Space:
You will be welcomed by a charming front porch. Walk through the bright red front door of this single-story home and you’ll be greeted by a bright, modern beautifully decorated interior that will have you saying, “Love.” We’ve made every effort to ensure you’ll feel right at home as soon as you walk in.

The open and spacious living room, kitchen and dining areas allow plenty of room to comfortably spread out, prepare meals and share delicious family dinners. The living room features modern and Mid-century Modern furnishings and contains a large TV and game table (with games), making it a great spot to relax in style after a busy day of sightseeing, fun activities, work, or school. Gather together to make plans for your stay, play games, watch a movie, and create amazing memories! The cozy couches are perfect for lounging or curling up with a good book. The living area opens to the modern kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and is fully equipped for every kind of chef from those that love to cook to those who just make coffee! It has plenty of open area to move about, ample counter space and cupboards offering plenty of storage. The dining area in the open kitchen means you can cook and engage in conversation and storytelling with family and friends at the same time. Enjoy your meals at the striking Mid-century Modern dining table or take your morning coffee outside through the sliding glass doors in the living room and sip your joe as you sit on the comfy couches on the covered patio or loungers by the pool.

When you’re ready to rest your head, you’ll find 4 spacious bedrooms that can comfortably sleep a large group. The rooms are furnished with stylish modern furniture and cozy bedding you can sink into. The rooms are painted and decorated to create a soothing and relaxing sanctuary, so you can sleep easily. The large master bedroom features a king bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people. There are 2 tastefully designed queen bedrooms each sleeping 2 people. The fourth bedroom includes 2 bunk beds that sleeps 5 and features a workspace with a sleek desk – perfect for homework or a remote workplace. The bonus bedroom makes this home ideal for extra-large groups and has 2 queens and 1 single bed, accommodating an additional 5 guests.


The home features 2 full sparkling clean baths. One bath has a standing shower with glass doors and a single vanity. The other bath has a standing shower and tub for those moments when a relaxing evening bath is just what you need. It also has a double vanity.

The stunning fully fenced backyard gives you total privacy as you swim in the pool*, or relax in a poolside lounge chairs. The covered patio features comfortable seating, a dining table and fairy lights that create a festive atmosphere. Enjoy the use of the 5-burner outdoor grill. The outdoor heater allows you to enjoy hot chocolate or wine outside with family and friends even on chilly nights. The backyard’s grassy area is great for playing catch or kicking a ball. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. The 2-car garage has parking space for 2 vehicles and 4 additional cars can be parked in the driveway. You’re 28 minutes from 2 area airports, DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field, 23 minutes from downtown Dallas, 16 minutes from the vibrant Legacy West Center in Plano and 18 minutes from The Star, the practice field and training center for the world-famous Dallas Cowboys football team.

Within blocks, you’ll find Rodeo Goat, recognized as serving one of the best hamburgers in DFW, Total Wine & More for all your beverage needs, and several great breakfast and lunch options such as La Madeline and McAlister’s Deli. * Pets should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask that they do not jump on beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees will apply.

* We have adopted a strict No Large Gathering or Party Policy. We hope you use and love our home but remind you that only registered guests are allowed at the house while you are renting our property. Please contact us if you have any questions. If you’re unsure whether your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult us before booking.

* Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. A $29/night fee will be applied for each additional guest.

* The fifth bedroom (bedroom 5) will only be opened for groups of 11+ guests at guest request or at additional cost.
