Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests across 7 beds. The first master ensuite features a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom complete with a rain shower and bidet - plus direct sliding glass door access to the pool area. The second master ensuite mirrors the same comfort with a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bathroom. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, while the fourth is a Mickey-themed room ideal for younger guests, furnished with two single beds, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. The family room adds a queen-sized sofa bed with memory foam mattress for flexible additional sleeping.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and eat well without leaving the villa. Stainless steel appliances include a GE refrigerator, Samsung electric stove, single oven, dishwasher, and microwave. For your morning routine, both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are on hand, along with a hot water kettle, blender, toaster, air fryer, and wine glasses. A smokeless indoor grill means you can cook regardless of the weather, while the complimentary charcoal BBQ grill on the patio opens up outdoor cooking. A propane gas grill is also available to rent on request. Cookware, barbecue utensils, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are all provided.

Step through the sliding doors into your screened-in private pool and spa area - a true backyard escape. Both the pool and spa are available year-round, with optional heating available for an additional fee. Weekly professional pool maintenance is included, and a pool skimmer is on-site for use between visits. Outside, you'll find sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a dining area, and a private patio - everything you need for long, easy Florida afternoons.

A babysitter recommendation service is also available. For peace of mind, the property is fitted with two exterior security cameras (front and back, no interior coverage), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Pets are welcome. Self check-in is available via smart lock.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
