Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The space

This entire villa is laid out on one level with no stairs, making it comfortable and accessible for a wide range of guests. The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living area, with three full bathrooms to keep mornings running smoothly.

Two bedrooms are king master suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and ceiling fan. One of the king suites opens directly to the pool area and includes a rain shower and bidet. A third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth is a Mickey-themed room with two single beds, ideal for children. The family room includes a queen-sized sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements without crowding the bedrooms.

The main living area is set up for shared time and quiet moments alike. Fast WiFi (287 Mbps, speed-test verified) supports streaming and remote work, and a dedicated workspace in a common area makes it easy to check in when needed. Smart TVs throughout the home provide access to streaming services and standard cable.

The full kitchen is ready for anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with space to cook, gather, and linger at the dining table. Coffee is provided, and both indoor and outdoor dining options let you choose how you start or end the day.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
