Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged for families and groups of up to ten guests. Two ensuite bedrooms each feature a king bed, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth provides two twin beds with cheerful themed décor and a Smart TV. For added flexibility, there are two queen-size pull-out sofas in the living and family rooms.
