Vacker lägenhet med en enastående utsikt över Florens

Lägenheten (70 kvm) ligger i den historiska stadskärnan i Florens, strax utanför Piazza San Marco ", en av de mest historiska platser i staden. Lägenheten ligger i. 5 Våningen (ingen hiss) i en historisk byggnad 18th century. Talet. Tack vare denna plats, är lägenheten väldigt tyst. Från balkongen och från alla fönster du njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över Florens och dess monument.
Från köket (kyl, frys, diskmaskin, ugn, gasspis) steg på den rymliga balkongen där du kan äta frukost medan du njuter av den underbara utsikten över San Marco katedralen och kullarna i Fiesole. Lägenheten har också ett rymligt vardagsrum / matrum (TV), två sovrum (med en fantastisk utsikt över katedralen i Florens) och ett modernt badrum med dusch. Alla berömda museer och monument i Florens kan nås på en mycket kort tid till fots.


Ankomster: Med bil: A1 Bologna - Firenze, avfart Firenze Nord, riktning mot centrum, ringvägen (Via Circondaria) mot Piazza della Libertà- parkering "Parterre" i Piazza della Libertà.

Med tåg: Florence centralstationen (Santa Maria Novella) - 2 minuter med taxi eller alla linjer mot San Marco.

Från flygplatsen: 15-20 minuter med taxi eller med buss (Narvette kan biljetten vara i bussen köp) till centralstationen, sedan byta till en buss till San Marco

Information om miljön: Lägenheten i Florens ligger på en av de centrala torgen i staden (Piazza San Marco) i den historiska stadskärnan.

Detta område har satt sin prägel Cosimo il Vecchio. Inom väggarna i detta område när menageri av Medici var inrymt. Idag är student kvartalet och under terminen Piazza San Marco är alltid befolkas av unga människor som väntar på starten av deras föreläsningar eller konst klasser. The view from every window is just incredible! We really enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the morning and evenings watching the birds and relaxing. The location is ideal!

As all the other guests have commented - fabulous location pretty much central to everything in Florence.Communication with the host was 10 out of 10, especially as my son's and mine trains were delayed and arrival at the apartment was in a constant state of flux. The host rolled with the changes and check-in was a breeze.

Fabulous apartment. Great location, walking distance to all the important sights. Spacious rooms and great layout. The balcony was terrific with a wonderful view of Florence and the surrounding hills. Lots of windows throughout the apartment, some with views of the Duomo. Our host Tiberio was so communicative and helpful, resulting in a super smooth arrival and entrance into the apartment. Only caution is that it’s a 4th floor (American 5th) walk up, which was no problem for us but may be for those in not so good shape.

The breakfast balcony looked over the rooftops of Florence. The bedroom window looked to Il Duomo. The apartment is around the corner from the Accademia, and a 15 minute walk to the Uffizi. It was all quite delightful!Communications with the host were excellent.Be aware that there are 97 steps to the apartment. But it's worth it!

This apartment has a breathtaking view of the city and the kitchen is stocked well. Located at the square with quick access to the city busses and rail, also many tour groups meet here. This apartment is on the top floor and the stairs will keep you in shape. The only caution is the bathroom it is small and the ceiling is low so if you are tall, over 6 feet, it may be a bit difficult. The owner kept in touch to make sure we did not need anything and the check in and check out process was very smooth.

1)This apartment is on the sixth floor (97 stair steps) make sure you’re in good enough shape2)Doorways for bathroom and kitchen are SHORT about 5’ 9” – tall person needs to duck3)The bathroom floor and shower could use a more detailed cleaning4)Kitchen is TINY but functional5)We had to take our trash away to a nearby city dumpster – seemed “odd” for us Americans 6)The host was super awesome to communicate with via WhatsApp – both proactive and responsive7)The "T2 Tram" from airport to literally front door is super convenient and cheap just 1.75 each8)The best part: The little roof top patio was fabulous!9)The 2nd best: easy walking distance to every possible tourist destination in Florence!

Tiberio is a wonderful host to work with. The apartment is incredibly well located (take train right from airport to the piazza) and central to shopping, eating, museums, etc. There are a bunch of steps to get up to the unity, but it’s really NOT a problem- (1) walk off your pasta and (2) beautiful view from the patio. We recommend without hesitation.

A fantastic location on a convenient Tram stop. Steps away from the Medici Palace and Duomo. Close to restaurants and shopping. The host was so helpful and just a message away.

Our stay in Florence was great! Our host was very friendly and communicative. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The only draw back was the 5th floor and 96 steps with no elevator. This was clearly stated in the description and I just missed it. Lugging our suitcases up was difficult. The view was great!

Tiberio was very welcoming and friendly. Letizia met us at the apartment to welcome us and tell us about the apartment. She was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the apartment, the views of the Duomo and Museo San Marco, the accessibility to the tram and Santa Maria Novella train station.

Cozy and great location

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was comfortable and cozy and was in a great location. It was easy to walk to the sites and the train. The hosts were so attentive when we had a question. We would absolutely stay again!

The property is in a great location in the city! A short walk to most attractions and the T2 tram is just outside the front door. It’s a cheerful apartment with a lot of natural light. It was very clean and comfortable. You’ll love the views from the windows. Helpful hint-Pack lightly for climbing the many stairs.

Amazing stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better area to stay or a nicer view! The location is so central and walkable, but not overwhelmingly busy. We felt so lucky to have a place to stay with such amazing views of the city and mountains. Communication was great as well with our hosts.

Sisters dream trip

Tiberio’s place was perfect for me and my sister. We each had our own bedroom, the bathroom was a good size, the living spaces were great, but our favorite spot was the terrace, big enough for us to enjoy wine and the views were spectacular. Also, the location was perfect! Tiberio was an excellent host!

Great visit made better by super apartment

My family and I had a delightful stay and would gladly return to this flat for our next visit. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and most importantly about 15 minutes from every site we wanted to see. I highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful views

My husband & I had a very nice stay here. Apartment has lots of windows, high elevation so you get lots of fresh air which we loved. Great views from many of the windows, and a great host. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time in Florence. It was even more fun because of the location of this apartment. Check in was so easy. Apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. The view at night from the small terrace was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
