Close to the beach modern spacious apartment with winter garden and sauna, 89 sqm-ground floor

Our two apartments are equipped with high quality.

Both apartments have two bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), a shower room, a kitchen and a large living room.

In the apartment Internet via WLan is accessible. A landline phone with flatrate in the German fixed and mobile phone network is also available.

In the storage room, which is accessible to both apartments, you can park your bicycles or other sports equipment.

We also have an infrared heat cabin there for you. There are also several bicycles in the storage room, which you are welcome to use during your holiday.

The large living room has a dining area and a comfortable seating area. There is also a large flat screen TV available. A second TV is in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. You can use the garden and the terrace and the balcony upstairs. Garden furniture is available.

Cot and high chair we can provide you with prior registration free of charge.
The ground floor apartment has a heated conservatory (24 sqm). The conservatory was created in winter / spring 2015.
The ground floor apartment is handicapped accessible. The access to the apartment is accessible at ground level without a step. There are no steps or thresholds between the rooms. When renovating the bathroom, we paid attention to accessibility. Access to the large (110 x 150 cm!) Shower is without threshold.

Please note that in the main season (16. 06. to 31. 08.) we can only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Your arrival and departure must therefore each lie on a Saturday.
