The accommodation

The main area comprises:
- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, raclette and fondue sets, electric wok, etc.

- a spacious bedroom with a small TV.
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.

French windows open directly onto two terraces (one facing east and the other south) and give access to the garden.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two queen-size beds (160 cm) and two single beds (90 cm)) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (160 cm) and wall-mounted toilet. A landing provides space for quiet games or can be used as an office area.
The basement has a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), an entrance hall and a garage which is used for games such as table tennis and Bonzini table football.

The garden surrounds the entire cottage (2,700 m² unfenced). A small stream runs along part of the property.
A large car park in front of the cottage provides easy and free parking.
