"La Grange de Georges" is a detached house on two levels.

The cottage has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a large closet, a kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (no clothes dryer), a separate toilet, and a laundry room. There is one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), its own bathroom, and a private toilet, making it suitable for a person with reduced mobility. The ground floor has underfloor heating. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with armchairs and a sofa, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) (which can be made into two single beds (80cm)), its own bathroom, and a toilet; a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) with its own bathroom and toilet; and finally, a large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), its own bathroom, and a toilet. Radiant heaters are also provided upstairs.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, playmat. Wi-Fi is available in the cottage. A 1900 m² semi-enclosed garden with mature trees. July 11, 2026: Tour de France stage in the Périgord Noir! During your stay, you can play badminton or pétanque, soak up the sun or relax in the shade of the trees, children can run, jump, and play freely, and your vehicles will find parking in the private area in front of the cottage. A region rich in gastronomy, architecture, prehistory, and landscapes, you can enjoy hiking, cycling, horseback riding, swimming, fishing, canoeing on the Dordogne River, flying over it in a microlight or hot air balloon, exploring caves and castles, parks, museums, local festivals, and meeting local producers and artisans. Upon your return, you will find comfort, peace, and relaxation in a rural setting at "La Grange de Georges," perhaps even enjoying a barbecue on the terrace.
