Sainte Maxime in a private domain. This beautiful villa in the city center of Sainte Maxime walking distance from the city center and shops. It offers three double rooms, one with two single beds. A privileged access to the beach, feet in the water. A unique place close to the most beautiful beaches of Sainte Maxime.
This villa consists of: an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, ovens, microwave oven, refrigerator)
A living room open onto the terrace and its beautiful sea view; a seating area and fireplace, a dining table, an office area. On the ground floor a first double room (160x180cm) overlooking the private garden. A second double room and its nice view of the garden and the sea. An en suite bathroom. Upstairs a third double bedroom (including two single beds 80x80cm) with stunning sea views. An ensuite shower room.
Outside, a large swimming pool in the private domain. A dedicated parking space.
The most of the villa: wifi, direct access to the beach, parking, a quiet pool under the trees.
Entry and exit (high season): from Saturday to Saturday
To be paid on the spot: security deposit and tourist tax
