Beautiful villa "La Figuière". 3.5 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, 17 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, 70 km from the centre of Cannes, on a slope, residential area (villas), 3 km from the sea. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Boules. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "La Nartelle" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, shower. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Electric heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed.
