Swordfish Suite North Beach - Steps to the SURF BALLROOM

North Beach is an adorable North side of a Duplex located in the SURF District of Clear Lake. This unit has GREAT living space. There is a full Kitchen, Laundry room & Living room downstairs. Upstairs has a King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom & Nice Bathroom. It is 200 steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM & also some restaurants & Bars. Just a short 4 block walk to downtown Clear Lake City Park, City Beach & Main Street. There is a cute front porch with Fire Pit along with a backyard with Grill and seating area. Parking pad in the Back and also free on street in the front.
You will have the front yard fire pit along with a private back yard seating area. Please note that the Surf District is undergoing some really exciting changes to the area. They are building a music enrichment center (Summer 2024) and also a boutique hotel across from our duplex (Summer 2025) It is a great project but please note there may be some construction/ detours around this part of town!! Lots happening in this area with great little restaurants and farmers market just steps from our place!
