La Mouneau is a beautiful country house ideally located in Saint-Félix-Lauragais, a charming Village of Character. This spacious and welcoming cottage, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is perfect for stays with family or friends, combining relaxation, conviviality, and discovery. Pets are not allowed. Many treasures await you within a 20 km radius! For heritage lovers: Saint-Félix-Lauragais, its fortified church, its medieval streets, and its panoramic view of the Lauragais plain; Revel, a 14th-century fortified town famous for its market, ranked among the most beautiful in France, and its Belfry; Sorèze, a town of character with its Royal Abbey-School, listed as a Grand Site of Occitanie; Durfort, a copper village where artisans and blacksmiths perpetuate ancestral know-how. For sports and outdoor activities: 600m away, Lake Lenclas for fishing and Chemin de la Rigole for hiking or cycling, Lake Saint-Ferréol (15 min), a UNESCO World Heritage Site with swimming, hiking, and water sports... Adjoining the owners' house but completely independent, the cottage has an unfenced garden overlooking the surrounding countryside. To the south, enjoy the private swimming pool (from June to September between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.), a terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, and a barbecue/plancha area for your summer meals. To the north, a covered terrace under an old shed offers a pleasant relaxation area sheltered from the sun. A parking area is also available. Arranged on two levels, the cottage tastefully blends authenticity with modern comfort. On the ground floor, the bright and welcoming living areas invite you to share pleasant moments. Laundry room, WC. Upstairs, the four bedrooms, each equipped with a 160x200cm double bed and a private bathroom, ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. Electric heating and air conditioning are available on this floor. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Between the pool and the countryside, rolling landscapes and picturesque villages, La Mouneau is an invitation to slow down. Here, you can savor the tranquility of the setting, the sound of birdsong, and the breathtaking view of the Pyrenees on clear days.
