Narrows Escape is a lakefront home on Greers Ferry Lake with easy access to the water, beautiful sunset views, and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out.

Inside, the main home features an open-concept layout with a comfortable living room, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home and opens toward a cozy breakfast nook that is perfect for dining, playing cards, or gathering together.

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located in the main home. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, and one includes a private en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom and third full bathroom are located in a detached structure connected by the deck. This space includes two full beds, a TV, additional seating, and laundry space, making it a great setup for families or groups who want a little extra privacy.

The screened-in porch is one of the highlights of the property, with plenty of seating, rocking chairs, a dining table for eight, and incredible views of Greers Ferry Lake. Step outside to enjoy the expansive lawn, firepit area, picnic table, horseshoe pit, and a gentle walk down to the water for swimming and fishing.

A Weber gas grill is available on the deck for outdoor meals, and the property sits on more than three acres in a peaceful neighborhood that is great for morning walks.

Lacey's Narrows Marina is less than five minutes away, making it easy to rent a boat and spend the day exploring Greers Ferry Lake, including destinations like Sugar Loaf Mountain.

The cabin is very nice and clean and has a beautiful view. We enjoyed the back porch so much. The kitchen was well equipped and thoughtfully organized and easy to cook in. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. It was so close to Shiloh Marina which was really handy. We had a really nice weekend.

This home on the water worked out perfect for our family. We spent most of our free time on the screened in porch looking at the lake. Our teenage daughters loved having the small private separate space away from everyone else. Will definitely come back again...

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful lake house! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The accommodations were comfortable, and the gorgeous lake views were simply breathtaking! One of our favorite features was the wonderful screened-in porch. Having a place to sit, relax, and enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful lake views really topped it all off. We spent so much time out there just enjoying the peaceful setting and each other’s company.It was a perfect place to relax, unwind, and make special memories. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely love to come back. We highly recommend this lovely lake house to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

This is an excellent place. Overall. probably one of the top five or so VRBOs that we have stayed in. Very well equipped kitchen with a gas stove (my preference) and plenty of cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Seating was ample with several eating areas. The screened-in porch has a great view of Greers Ferry Lake and we spent a lot of time there. Beds were comfortable. The shower in the master was excellent. Also, very nice towels. There is an unattached second building that has two beds, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry area. One cool feature is a regulation horseshoe pit with lots of shoes to throw. The location is really good for activities in the area, It is also with a short walk of GF's best restaurant, Bentley's. We plan to return!

Arkansas Getaway

Narrows Escape- the property, the cabin and the view are even better in person. Everything so clean- well stocked kitchen- better than any cabin we have ever stayed in. Great place to relax and unwind. Our favorite place was the front porch.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at Narrows Escape and highly recommend it! The screen porch was a favorite spot to gather and the kids loved the expansive yard area and horseshoe pit. Everything was so well stocked! We hope to return in the cooler weather to enjoy the fire pit. Lovely lake house!

Peaceful and serene

The perfect location and space. The views of the lake were stunning. It was very peaceful and quiet. Has lots of outdoor space the separate guest quarters gave everyone a private space at the end of the day. We will be back.

Wonderful stay

The home is beautifully remodeled in a great location with a spectacular view of the sunsets. It has a fully stocked kitchen which is super helpful! The walk down to the lake is easy so kids and older adults can walk down and enjoy the lakefront. We walked in and went swimming right there. The property managers were very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Labor Day Weekend

This is an amazing house to stay in at the lake. We were so comfortable and impressed by this house. View of the lake was terrific. We were close to Lacey’s Marina. The house was beautiful. Updated every where. The screened in porch was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved the view of the lake from large screened porch. The house had everything we need for a week's stay. This is a Lakefront home. Muddy water however and it's a thoroughfare for boats that during the weekend we did not dare to go in the water. Internet is broadband and did not support multiple devices and our cell signal was spotty, but this is not the owner's fault. We just wished internet was stronger. My college son enjoyed the bedroom unit off the main home. It was perfect for him. Owner responded to questions/concerns immediately. Thanks for letting us stay.

This place was amazing!! Very nice and clean. Absolutely loved the screened in back porch with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to prepare food. Loved the kitchen island. The separate building with 2 beds was an added bonus as well. So quaint and cozy! Loved the outdoor area with plenty of seating and things to do!! Overall perfect place for a family to stay at the lake. Would definitely return here. Thank you for letting us stay in your lake house!!

This place is on a dead end road, so almost no traffic. It looks like pictures, but is bigger and set up better than it looks. The outdoor space is great and fishing off the bank is great. The water is good for swimming also. It drops off very slow and has a sandy bottom. I recommend this stay for all ages.
