If you are headed to Yosemite ( 11 miles from the south gate) or Bass Lake (just 4 miles) or just want to escape from the crowded city, this home is the answer. The house is on one of the best Lewis Creek frontage properties where you can listen to the relaxing sound of the waterfalls in the backyard or take a dip in one of the 3 refreshing pools. This 3 bdrm 2 bath home offers a view from every room.

Conveniently located off Hwy 41, only 4 miles from the town of Oakhurst. The well-established neighborhood is quiet and the cabin is in a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood has a private park just 1/2 block with a waterfall and swimming hole great for children, either 2 or 4-legged, where they can safely experience nature. There are restaurants nearby or you can take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. There are TV's in every room, and a dog door that goes out to a large and secure fenced area for your pets to roam yet be safe. The house above is also a vacation rental. The two houses are completely separate from one another sharing nothing except the entrance to the driveway.

The house was wonderful and the view was so peaceful. Our dog was in heaven running down to the creek and laying on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub, even on a hot day. The nice touch from the host were the homemade cookies to greet us!

This cabin is spectacular! Even more beautiful and peaceful than pictured. My family had the most relaxing and wonderful stay here. It's close to the south entrance to get into the park and very convenient to get into the town of Oakhurst for supplies/restaurants. The creek behind the house is so pretty. We loved sitting on the deck listening to it and the kids had the best time playing in it. Thank you so much for having us! We can't wait to come back.

Excellent stay here. Listening to the creek all night through the open windows was soothing and peaceful. We had dogs with us, and they loved the large, fenced backyard, spending the first hour of each morning sniffing every inch to see who had visited during the night. Beds were comfy as were the couches. The hall bathroom has a nice, roomy tub with jets. We walked 2 doors down to the neighborhood park and played in the creek there as well. My favorite things were the beautiful succulents around the place, and the dining room tablecloth which we immediately removed so as not to get it dirty. We did 2 loads of laundry during our stay and the washer and dryer were top of the line. Can't wait to come back to this house next summer.

What a beautiful home and property. Clean, organized and such welcoming home. Great fenced area for our dog. Hot tub was clean and warm for a relaxing time under the stars. Home well stocked with everything we needed and extras provided. We loved our stay and hope to come back again.

The house was rustic, cozy & very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. It was a little dark, and too warm for a fire, but we could imagine cozy evenings in the winter. My husband loved sleeping to the sound of the creek flowing in the very comfy bed. Our dog also enjoyed the enclosed backyard. Thanks for making our roadtrip destination memorable!

We had a great trip to Yosemite, and this house was a big part of that. A charming house, with lots of thoughtful touches, and a wonderful location, right on the creek, close to Oakhurst for dining and shopping, and easy access to Yosemite. When we arrived we were greeted with many inviting touches including cookies, fresh flowers, a very clean house, pleasant lighting and music. We enjoyed using the hot tub, the fireplaces, all the lovely antiques, the hummingbirds, cozy blankets, and comfy bed. Highly recommend especially for the price.
