This inviting, family-friendly home features a tropical saltwater pool and jacuzzi, along with a spacious private outdoor area complete with a tiki-covered dining space, comfortable lounge seating, and beach essentials ready for your use. Enjoy an easy stroll to the shore for stunning sunrise views.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully updated with all-new furnishings, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals of any size.

*The Space*
This cozy mid-century modern home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All beds, linens, and furnishings are brand new for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes coffee and tea to start your day.

The private outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, gas grill, and heated outdoor shower. For families, we provide a pack-n-play, high chair, and kid-friendly dining ware. Entertainment options include ping pong and darts.

We visited Cocoa Beach in March and had the most amazing time! The weather was absolutely perfect, which made the trip even better.The house was wonderful and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. One of the highlights for our family was definitely the pool. My kids loved it so much and wanted to spend every minute in there!We had such a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to come back!

Fantastic location and nice private backyard. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach. Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could need. Beds were comfy. Nice TV area for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Pool was fantastic and the hot tub was perfect for the one slightly cool night we had. Don't hesitate to rent this cute little beach house. As a fellow vacation home renter, I appreciate the quick replies to any questions we had. Really nice people to rent from.

This beautiful and immaculately maintained home sits only one street away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Our hosts were so nice and they responded quickly to any request. The pool and spa definitely worth every dime you spend in booking your vacation at the Oasis house. You need not look any further for a place to come relax and regroup in Cocoa Beach.

We absolutely loved staying here! The area was so peaceful, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids. The house is just a short walk to the beach while still being super convenient to restaurants, stores, and everything else nearby.The house was stocked with pretty much anything you could need — especially the kitchen and beach items like chairs, a wagon, umbrella, etc. We even left behind some pool floats for the next family to enjoy!The host was also very quick and helpful anytime we had questions, which we really appreciated. We’re already planning to come back!

The host was very responsive, the house was pleasant with a nice layout, the pool and hot tub were very well maintained (shout out to JJs Pool and Spa Sevice), and the proximity to the beach could not be beat. It is a great location for watching launches- 3 minute walk to the beach for a perfect view.

The Oasis House was fantastic. It is about a 4 minute walk directly to a wonderfully quiet stretch of beach. And when you are done at the beach you can come back to the home's pool and patio area which really is a private oasis. As for the fundamentals, the home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the basics were all provided. If we ever come back to Cocoa Beach we will look here first.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis house! This was the nicest pool/hot tub we ever had. It was a bonus that there was an area in the pool to place an umbrella and still be in the water for those of us who burn easily. We had some rain so the ping pong table and darts was a lifesaver. Another bonus was being only a three minute walk from the beach! So nice. The kitchen was well stocked but would have appreciated some more cupboard space to store food we bought. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here!

Our two-week stay at the Oasis House was wonderful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the great outdoor space (pool & hot tub) allowed us to enjoy the Florida sunshine every day. The hosts were extremely responsive and immediately took care of the two issues we noticed upon checking in, which was a pleasant surprise, since it was a holiday week. The Oasis House the perfect spot for us to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to staying there again.

Just the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Literally a 2-3 minute walk and you’re relaxing on the beach but also has the added bonus of the pool and hot tub on the property that we also used each day. House was great and host was attentive and quickly responded to any questions.

Our stay was truly enjoyable! This home is well appointed, very clean and the owner was exceptional, very attentive to our questions and any needs. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach, this is definitely the place to stay! It is so close to the beach and the pool is absolutely fantastic! The beds were extremely comfortable! Amazing pool!

We loved the pool and outdoor area!! Great place to hang out! The beach was a short walk and all around the house was a short drive from Publix, ice vream, mini-golf, ect. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded promptly. :)
