Check in was seamless since we just went strait to our unit and the code to the door was already sent to us. The unit itself was so cute and very nice! It’s right there on the beach so no hassle with driving carrying your stuff around etc. we won’t stay anywhere that isn’t right on the beach anymore! So much easier with kids! Communication was direct, strait forward and made everything a breeze! Highly recommend!

This condo is just the BEST! This is our 3rd year coming and love our time spent here. You are literally steps from the beach, which makes it so convenient for quick trips in and out. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay from kitchen supplies to beach gear. The addition of new patio furniture that reclines was perfect for evenings out listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. Check in and out is always smooth and Peter is very easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Our favorite Cocoa condo

This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. They have everything you need and it’s all great quality! Very clean and well maintained. To have a house on the beach not smell like mildew is a testament to how well it’s maintained. Loved the updated kitchen. Hoping to come back again!

The condo was SPOTLESS and very organized. Felt like staying at a friend’s place with all the amenities, yet clean and organized like a professional stay. We are hoping to go back. The yard and beach toys were a hit - 10/10 would recommend.

Relaxing

The condo had been remodeled. The kitchen was awesome! The place was superficially clean, but needs a deep cleaning. For example, the furniture cushions, the artificial plants, the closets, the dresser drawers. The whole property is pretty tired. The pool is up by the street and was very crowded. The beach was great, but not very visible from the condo.

Beach Accessories Galore

Cleanliness - 3.5/5 there were ants—not an overwhelming amount, but they were on the kitchen counter the second we walked in the door. I noticed there were some pads in trouble spots (like by the kitchen window) where they likely entered from, which would be known by the host. There were more ants found in the living room (corner by table/legs of couch) as well as a few found in the master. Also, the white handles in the kitchen were filthy (left with prints/dirt). I used my own Clorox wipes to clean all of them. Dust was another disappointment, it was everywhere. I used the cordless dyson (which dies after 5min use, to vacuum an inch or so of dust between the bed frame and boxspring of the master. I also vacuumed dust off a majority of the fake plants—especially in the master and bath. Location - 3.5/5 I used google earth to look at the place before I booked so I could tell it was older, but I booked based on the condo itself and reviews. As far as the place, it is really run down and we didn’t like that the pool is in the front of the complex by the busy road. So if you’re used to a pool beachside or closer to your unit, this one isn’t ideal. It’s not heated nor is it large enough on a busy day. Outside of those two things, this condo literally has everything you could want for the beach. My kids loved the bodyboards (boogie), shovels, buckets, paddle boards, you name it. They played/used almost everything!Note- no TV in master.

Great for family who want beach time

The ground floor is one of the first condos nearest the beach. Great for all age groups. Very clean and convenient. Condo doesn’t have very good grills or that many, so plan meals accordingly. They can get backed up, especially on the weekend, so get there early enough if they do.

Perfect getaway!

Condo was perfect for our stay! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything we wanted to do! It was very clean and the host was wonderful! We all would love to rent again!

Our favorite vacation

This is our 2nd time staying here, and its by far our favorite vacation! We have already decided that we will do everything we can to allow us to make this trip an annual thing for our family. Communication is wonderful with host, always quick and informative. The house is clean, and located perfectly for what we are looking for. 10/10, we wjll definitely use this house again!

Little piece of paradise

This is our 3rd year staying here and it feels like “coming home” every year! We just love this condo! The location could not be better. Just walk out your back door and the beach is right there waiting for you. The beach is never crowded and we love having the ability to come and go as we please. The condo has everything needed to make it a comfortable and easy stay. Peter is very good with communicating everything before your stay and leaves very detailed and well laid out information. The condo complex has an old-school charm to it. We love the large pool and the pickle ball courts. We feel sad everytime we leave because we always have the best time while we’re there!

Amazing

We had a blast here I highly recommend this place all you have to do is bring your clothes and tooth brush and bathing suits and of course food . We all felt comfortable and at home here we all had a wonderful time ❤️ the condo was great all you have to see the ocean it's right there you can also see it from the condo it's amazing to sit and listen to the ocean as well .If you want somewhere please go here.

My favorite beach side condo ever!

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect size for our family of four. We loved the newly renovated kitchen and were so appreciative of all the home like amenities - every dish/pot/pan or utensil we could possibly need, vast supply of paper towels and toilet paper and an easy to use stick vacuum for the sand that inevitably gets tracked in no matter how hard you try not to! Being able to step out the sliding glass doors and walk right out to a fantastic beach made each day so much better. Plus, we were able to walk right out to see a 4:55am launch!! Peter was extremely responsive with any question or concern and made sure we were well taken care of. I'd recommended this unit for anyone and would definitely go back again!!

Great Place To Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean & well furnished. The owners had it stocked with necessities. If you think you need it, chances are they already have it. From shampoo & body wash, paper towels & toilet paper to beach chairs, umbrellas, & boogie boards! We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Family Time on the Beach

We love Cocoa Beach and feel this quaint little surfing town is the perfect vacation spot for families. Vacationing at the Diplomat has a very distinct vacation feel. This is truly a beautiful property. Cocoa Beach is the closest beach from Disney.
